Pickup is scheduled for 30-45 minutes before departure. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

For passengers, make a reservation by specifying a child ticket, and driving is not allowed.
Pregnant women should not participate in the tour. People with disabilities should not participate in the tour.
During the tour, riders are asked to strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the right to stop any risky riding with no refund.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

Amazing experience. Glad I read the reviews and asked for a mask can be dusty. They gave us mask , water and cold towels to wipe after ride. I was very nervous because I'm scared of heights and any kind of adventure, but it's something my family wanted to do. The crew of 3 took our family of 6 out and made sure we were safe the whole time. I'm so glad I did it felt safe and not nervous at all once I was riding. The big buddha was beautiful and the ride through the mountain side was awesome. I would recommend this place.

Dangerous and Unprofessional

The tour course is set up in a way that takes groups past each other in really tight spaces with little to no visibility. You're taken through the same areas over and over so it quickly feels boring and repetitive. The guide I was so unfortunate to have constantly sped in front of me, leaving huge clouds of dirt I had to go through. This made it so I had little to no visibility. This place is dirty and not worth it.

Communications and transfers from the company were great and on time. The track for the ATV was fantastic, and our guide Oo made it a great experience. It would have been good for the team to communicate that the entrance to the Buddha was closed beforehand, but the view from the top are still worth it

My sons first time riding an ATV..he absolutely loved it…stopping to see the views and the swing, seeing the elephants, best way to get up to see the big Buddha, although would have liked a bit more time there, 20 minutes was a bit quick but overall a perfect amount of time to ride the ATV

The guide was patient and good. He showed us how to work the ATV before we got to ride comfortably. Keep checking on our safety and even offered to take photos and video recording for us. we had so much fun and wish we could go another round.
