Pickup and drop-off are free from Kata, Karon and Patong only. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel. If you are outside the pick-up area, you will need to come to the meeting point by yourself.
What To Expect
Go island hopping by Jet Ski on this small-group tour in Phuket, where you get to be in the driver’s seat (or your friend does). These are two-person Jet-Skis, so you can either go solo or invite a friend.
Your tour starts with pickup from most hotels in Phuket, and then you’ll be taken to your Jet Ski. After an instructional brief, you and your group will head out into Phang Nga Bay.
Explore up to seven different islands, which might include Naka Noi Island, Sop Island, Monkey Beach, Rang Yai Island, Bat Island, and more. You are, however, guaranteed to see monkeys on this trip. Your guides will keep their eyes out for them and point them out when they come out to play.

Had a good time on the waters off northern Phuket. Saw a few beautiful islands and visited with rather tame monkeys. We had a bit of miscommunication about meeting time as we had our own transportation (12:30 when everyone else arrived after 13:30) but we were underway by 14:00. We were back at about 18:00 and had a light meal that was delicious. Staff were good but limited in English so we were uncertain at times what we were doing when we stopped at various beaches and for how long. These jet-skis are very fast so be prepared to have a bit of a workout.
The big plus to this tour that isn't advertised is that they provide all of the photos they take during the day (and there are many) for no additional fee. Recommend this tour if you don't want to devote an entire day to Phi Phi or James Bond Island tours.

Description said this would be a 4 1/2 hr tour of islands with lunch served at one of the islands. Nowhere did it say that it would be 2 hr drive from our hotel to the starting point. The islands were ill kept garbage strewn spots with nothing to do. Half way through tour I was told that lunch would be at the end once we returned to starting point. So lunch was given at 6:15pm. Obviously so that we would spend miler at a previous island because we were starving so we bought food. We begged our guides to finish sooner because we had enough and it was already dark out but they refused!

Would have been 5 stars but for 2 things the transport that was due to pick us up didn’t we call the office and we’re told that we had to make our own way there we had a hour got there with 10 minutes to spare stressful then lunch we stopped at the 4 or 5 island for food everyone thought it was paid for no you got your lunch at the end of the tour 1 drum stick and a bit of rice the jet ski experience was great the staff were fun

The tour is an enjoyable few hours on the water. The guides are very friendly, and work really hard to take photos of everyone in the group to be shared. However, disappointingly, the photos have not been shared (the afternoon tours photos have been). Despite number of follow ups, my messages have gone ignored, which is very disappointing (the afternoon session photos look great!)

Going flat out on a JetSki is REALLY fun! Both my 18 yr old daughter and I had no JetSki experience so I was a little nervous about this last minute booking, but it was so good. We stopped off at three different islands for a break and took some pictures in front of others. The young guys taking the tour were super cute and we genuinely enjoyed our day. I didn’t give it 5stars as the islands we stopped at weren’t super interesting but the whole day was really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend! Pick up and drop off to our resort was also very much appreciated.

It was pouring rain on our tour day, roads were flooded, our taxi driver did his best, but still we were 1 hour late, our group left (we were outside of pick up zone). We prepared ourselves for the most disappointing experience. But after we arrived, we were taken care of (paperwork, checklist of items to have, safety rules) and assured it was safe and there was another group departing shortly. We ended up getting on a jetski in a pouring rain, bewildered but willing to go with the flow, and OMG we had fun!!! Never thought it would be so liberating and fun to jetski in a rain storm! And maybe our pictures were cloudy, but boy they don’t reflect the fun we had in reality! Our guides were considering, were checking on us, taking massive amount of pictures, which were sent afterwards over WhatsApp. Absolutely recommend!

Do not book your jet ski tour through this agency. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of our trip.
We booked a group tour for two people, which included hotel pickup. At 1:30 AM the night before, we received a message saying that our hotel—selected through their own website—was not within the pickup zone. We were told to arrange our own transportation, which cost us 1,400 Baht round-trip. This was never mentioned at the time of booking.
To make things worse, there was a thunderstorm warning in Phuket on the morning of the trip. Since I was traveling with family, I asked to postpone the tour for safety reasons. The request was dismissed outright. We were told to either go on the tour or lose our money. There was zero concern for our well-being or flexibility in light of dangerous conditions.
After paying out of pocket to get to the location, we were told that the booking only included one jet ski, not two. This was never communicated, and clearly not what we had booked or paid for. The operator on-site seemed confused and unprepared, making it clear that the agency had not done their job properly.
While the rest of the group went out into the rain, we decided we had had enough. Between the storm, the miscommunication, and the complete lack of accountability, we canceled the booking and are now pursuing a refund.
This agency is disorganized, misleading, and irresponsible. Do yourself a favor: book elsewhere.
On a positive note: the operator (Rocky Jetski) was extremely understanding and nice about us canceling and the staff stated there have been many similar instances with this agency

We had a great time! We chose the 5-8 island package and the trip was worth the money. The tour lasted a lot longer than we expected and included stops at monkey island and a remote sand bank. We also stopped at an island which had a beach bar/restaurant set up which was cool except we had to cash to buy anything.
WARNING!
One reservation = one jet ski. We thought that we had reserved 2 jet ski’s as I added a second adult to my booking, this wasn’t the case. In actual fact, we had to create a completely separate reservation to have a second jet ski. We learnt this on arrival and it was too late to organise online and we had no cash. That said, we were happy to share, and my partner was the better driver so we got some speed.
TAKE CASH
The meeting point is very remote and don’t take card, so take some cash in case you want any snacks or drinks either at the meeting point or at the stalls on the islands you visit.
Otherwise, 100% recommend.

What an absolute fantastic day on the water. The jet ski guides were very helpful and made sure everyone was safe and taken care of. The islands themselves weren’t great but the journey to get to them more then made up for that. I would recommend this tour for anyone that wants to spend the day zipping around the islands.

For the money it is very expensive for what you get. Everything was rushed and the islands aren’t the islands that you would expect. You don’t get lunch at one of the islands like advertised. When we booked we were told to call them if we were waiting to get picked up. After 40 minutes waiting to be picked up, we rang them to be hung up on! My wife’s life jacket was broken. Safety first …. Not! You expect when you go on an organised paid tour of somewhere that you actually get told about the place you are at, there was none of that. We went to an island, told there is a 5 or 10 minute break and that’s it. The ‘tour’ leaders of the group raced ahead of the group and were so far in front, thank goodness nothing happened to anyone! Word of advise, if you need to use the toilet when you get back - don’t. They are filth.

It was exciting and the scenery beautiful. It was very fast though and I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners, we had jet skied a few times only and struggled to keep up with the group and the guide who was only at the front. If we had fallen off we would have been on our own to get back on. We met some lovely people and enjoyed the day. Take some wet shoes, a secure fitting hat and sunglasses, and sunscreen. It’s an adrenaline rush.

This was an absolutely incredible experience! The guides really do let you have fun with the jetskis, safely. This was an adrenaline thrill of note. The photos taken by the guides were absolutely incredible and just an awesome personal touch to the whole experience.
Just one note to Rocky and his team, while on our tour, 2 people ended up cutting their feet on the coral in the water on 2 of the islands. I think the guides should have some sort of first aid kit on board the jet skis for any accidents like this. Unfortunately there wasn’t anything available for these emergencies at the time we went.

Great fun!! Had 2 Jet ski’s for 4 of us and we all took a turn driving. Good instructors that set the rules for your safety. Did the morning 4-5hours which was more than enough. We all had such fun going as fast as you wanted in some areas or you go at your own pace. Highly recommend!

I would take a pass on the this Jet Ski trip!!
Their commutation is very poor. They do not respond to your emails or WhatsApp Messenges.
We were not even sure that our booking was confirmed until we arrived at the pier as we needed to make our own way there, it was stressful.
We were told that we would receive photos of our trip but received photos of another group.
We have tried contacting them to no avail. Viator has not helped. We have put the whole transaction into dispute with our credit card company.

We enjoyed our experience. The islands were beautiful and the staff was very friendly and they made sure they took plenty of photos for us which was nice.
The only problem was there was no toilet paper, tissue or anything provided for the bathroom at all, and there was no sink to wash our hands after using the bathroom, this was uncomfortable for us especially as the experience takes up to 5 hours.
Other than that everything else was great.

Got an email in the middle of the night telling me they do not pick up at my hotel. So no driver in the morning. Total scam. Stay away from this one, still will not refund me my money I’m out. Viator is absolutely worthless. Book your excursions way cheaper when you are at your destination.

I have lived in Thailand for several years and when you get to know the culture and what is considered respectful and appropriate behavior, it makes it very easy to write this review. Let me start with this was the second time I had booked this tour in a year. The first time was fabulous! Would have highly recommended and was the main reason why I booked it a second time when my family came to visit Thailand. Unfortunately, I guess a lot had changed from the eight months that had past, because our hotel was no longer on the free pickup list for the inclusive pickup. Even though we stayed at the exact same hotel as the last time I booked the tour.
We were flying in the day prior to the booked tour and were in airplane mode when the tour vendor tried to call us. Which was 12 hours prior to our pick up time the following morning. With delayed flights, a late check-in, exhaustion and a 7 am pickup time, we didn’t realize that our trans portion to the vendor shore location had been cancelled until we had been waiting for the van for a while in the lobby.
The tour vendor had decided to cancel the van pickup when they couldn’t reach us by phone, because they needed to up charge us for the transportation and without our approval of the additional round trip charges, they decided to cancel our pickup transportation and wrote a message in the Viator app telling us to find our own way to the excursion. There was no address given, but they left us coordinate points, which was impossible to book a Grab taxi with no land marks. I even asked the front hotel desk staff, who were local Thai’s to assist and they couldn’t locate the drop off point to assist when booking a cab either. The business name came up at a different location from the coordinate points that we had been given. When the hotel staff called the business to get more information they spoke with a lady who worked at the company to explain the situation and request additional information. The lady started yelling that they had told us to take a cab and that we were holding up the excursion. With no address the cab couldn’t be booked to get us there. The lady was yelling so loud that I could hear her clearly without the phone being near me and decided to use my translation app to transcribe what she was saying. I felt bad for the hotel staff because they were only trying to help and they did not raise their voices when communicating with the lady. The last thing the lady screamed was, she was not giving us our money back and no refund would be given. She made no offer to resolve the matter or offer any alternatives for another day or anything. No attempts to make things right were provided, after the vendor essentially cancelled our tour. Just sucked to be us.
If I could give this vendor a negative star, I would! This would not be one of my most expensive tours I have booked, but it most definitely was not cheap either. $400 plus USD is not anything I would walk away from without a justified, legit reason and this vendor had none. Viator sided with the tour guide after multiple calls explaining what had happened and they were no help and didn’t adhere to or even follow their own policies and agreements they have in writing. Which left us challenging the charges through our credit cards. At that point Viator played dumb Iike they didn’t understand what had happened. It also costed us a day of set plans during our four day vacation. All in all, don’t book with this vendor, they will lie to keep your money and if there are other tour options through your hotel or another business. I would recommend you try those first before choosing Viator.

The jetski experience was overall enjoyable. The equipment is in good working condition and not overly old. The guides are friendly and make the trip fun. You can drive at high speeds while still prioritizing safety.
Two downsides:
• The experience is advertised as including pickup from most areas of Phuket, with some exceptions. However, no discount is offered for those staying at BangTao Beach, which is excluded. Additionally, the pier is not easy to reach.
• There is a long stop (over 1 hour) on the last island. We weren’t informed about the duration beforehand, which was a bit frustrating. While not a major issue, it’s something to be aware of.
