Ethical elephant sanctuary with hospital . U don’t bathe or feed elephant . They r at their own liberty to walk close or far from u. Snacks on arrival . Great transport n driver if u need. This is a great place to visit to educate kids about animals n yet get a close enough encounter with the giants n not frightened them . Thumbs up for the effort !!!

If you want an ethical experience to view the Elephants then I can recommend this Sanctuary. They all do a fabulous job looking after these rescued elephants and the new hospital is a wonderful addition. Found the tour both emotional and uplifting and I urge people to book this tour so that you are helping them to continue this work rather than booking a non ethical experience.

This was well organised and the tour guide explained everything in detail.We were shown the elephant hospital and what they do for the local elephants.
We got to feed the elephants and get go on the walkway .The tour guide explained their names and injuries .
This is a great way to help the elephants and get a hreat experience at the same time.

My wife and I really enjoyed it. This is the way to see the elephants. You’ll learn about their history and you will appreciate this place . You also get very close to them and can feed them. Highly recommend!

There are 13 elephants, most are rescue elephants. They have their own care taker that pampers them. They are well loved and it shows.

We were anxious that the tour was not going to be ethical. But we were pleasantly surprised! Elephants looked well. We fed them and then observed them.
Our guide, Ice cream, was amazing! She was sweet and she took amazing pictures of us.

The experience was smooth from my driver picking me up from the resort to the check in process. The refreshments before and after the tour was great. Our tour guide Jeffey was patient, he was our camera man for the day. Jeffrey provided information about each elephant.

This is an absolutely wonderful elephant experience! The tour was well-organized with efficient communication, and some truly delightful snacks and drinks. We had a great time seeing the elephants living their lives from the mostly shaded canopy walk. And more importantly, the elephants are clearly happy and well cared for, encouraged to make friendships with other elephants, getting a chance to heal and recover in the sanctuary.
Our guide, Thomas, was enthusiastic and engaging, introducing us to each elephant by name and telling us about their history, preferences, and quirks. It felt like we got to know them. Thank you!

I never normally write reviews but this is the best experience I have been to in Phuket, if you’re thinking of going to visit elephants this is the place to go to. The tour guild was knowledgeable and the elephants are treated with kindness. You get to feed the elephants and learn so much about them.

We ended up being late, and they did their best to accommodate us and give us the full experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable, and seeing the elephants and feeding them was an unforgettable experience. The sanctuary truly cares about the animals and takes great care of them. Would highly recommend.

My friend and I decided at the last minute to do this tour when we were in Phuket. We were so glad we did! You could tell that the people who worked there took good care of the elephants. Before the start of the tour, we watched a video explaining the work that they do and how the number of Thai elephants have gone down over the years. They save as many as they can. It was a great learning experience, and I even got a chance to feed one. The tour was well worth it

Great experience. This is the 2nd time we have been so We did the canopy walk which is shorted.(You can book an half day trip directly with them)and because it was off season we was by ourselves which made it even better. Alex the tour guide was great and took all the pictures for us and told us lots about the elephants

My Elephant Sanctuary tour was amazing, On arrival we were treated to a light snack and a video documentary on the purpose of the Sanctuary and the do's and don'ts for your safety.
The Canopy walk was an upclose viewing of the Elephants in their natural habitat and the vast grounds, they were also an opportunity for us to get even closer, walking alongside them with the assistance of our guides while taking photos and admiring how comfortable they must be to roam about freely.
Ethical tourism was my main reason for booking this tour as they're a few Sanctuaries in Thailand, but the Elephants is still putting on a show for tourists pleasure.
After our tour on the grounds we then did a feeding session with them of fruits, which was quite exciting, a squeaky clean hand washing is required before feeding...this would complete our one and a half hour experience with these magnificent mammals.
The Sanctuary is clean and well maintained with lovely facilities for visitors, a gift shop on site with nice souvenirs with mostly elephant emblems...all purchases is a direct support for them to continue their work of caring and rescuing more Elephants.
The staff were all wonderful and friendly...and with an unexpected service of cold towels, a light hot snack and a refreshing cold beverage after the tour was very much appreciated...I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Phuket Thailand.

Excellent, really well organised trips! Kids went in sad there was no elephant ride, but came out happy there weren’t any as they are bad for the elephants.
They explained the history of the elephants in Thailand, how the numbers of elephants has dropped massively since industrialisation and that those left aren’t truly wild, but held in captivity for tourists or labour.
Our guide (Rudi) was very knowledgeable about all the elephants, took us on a great route around site, explaining about the elephants, where they’d come from, and to tell how they’d be mistreated!
You could tell everyone on site was very interested in helping the elephants and there was a lot of love for the work! Would 100% recommend going! Helps educate, but gets you really close to genuinely well looked after elephants living their best life!!

Well organized and directed. It was more like a relaxed stroll then a rushed tour. Our guide Anny was informative, humorous and helpful. We feed the elephants, learned about their journey to the sanctuary and got some amazing picture. The after tour drinks and snacks was a very nice touch. (Plus you get a cool towel to releave the heat)
