Thank you Viator for making our visit to France go off without a hitch. We visited Normandy with a group of friends and could not have done it without the trustworthy transfer of our group to and from the hotel which was an hour away from the airport. Our driver Ilias was safe, courteous and on-time which was a relief as we were on a tight time schedule.

A little frustrating at the airport pickup as the driver didn’t speak English and he wasn’t at the door indicated for pickup. That was finally resolved. The other frustrating part was I tried confirming the pickup for the airport return and no one answered their phone or answered their messages. Viator immediately responded to this dilemma but couldn’t get a response either. Fortunately, at 4:10 am, the driver was at our hotel. Besides the stomach churning experience, the driver was courteous and drove with caution.

The traffic was very heavy, so the driver was late picking us up, but the same conditions were in place when we did start into the city. She took every opportunity to gain headway and even had to deal with a truck blocking a street where she needed to go. Backed out and delivered us to our apartment.

The driver greeted us as we walked out of the baggage area at CDG. Drove our party of six to our hotel. On the return trip the drive pulled up to the hotel right on time and drove us to the airport. No complaints, they gave us excellent service. The large vans had three rows of 3 seats (driver took one of the seats) so they can carry 8 in the van. There was plenty of room for 3 normal sized adults to sit in each row. There was enough space for our luggage behind the third row.

We were instructed to meet in front of Marks and Spencer. No driver. After quite a wait I attempted to call the number included on my paperwork without results (Concierge at the hotel also attempted to call the following week regarding pick up without being able to get through on the number provided. Had to call Viator in the USA for information.) Finally the driver called me and quickly met us for the transfer. Ride smooth taking about an hour to get to central Paris. The driver had an upper respiratory infection and should have probably taken a sick day. I have never had a late pickup in past use of the service.

Disappointed with airport pickup arrived at pickup point nobody there to greet us. ended up calling company stated driver was at airport noted that driver was actually the person asleep on seat outside arrival hall.approached us only after office call him.We then proceeded to go to car to find airport security at vehicle driver had parked car illegally in no parking zone both driver and security then became involved in yelling match. Driver did not communicate with us at all during drive to apartment The return trip scores 10/10 the driver was both commutive and courteous dressed immaculately

Despite our plans being over two hours late, our driver was waiting for us when we exited customs. He was very nice too. I would not expect this level of service since this was not a US car service. All in all, it was such a relief to meet up with this driver after being on a plane for over 9 hours! Thank you!

It is very difficult to communicate and get any information about tranfers/etc when there is NO english spoken...and trying to arrange the return (we booked roundtrip) transfer was extremely difficult - we didn't know what time for our return until the morning of...UNACCEPTABLE. i am a travel agent and will definitely NOT use this service again based on lack of information/communication - HORRIBLE!!!

STRANDED ! !

Arrived at Paris on time, but had a 1 1/2 hour wait to get through passport control. When we got to the meeting point no driver. Called the phone number on the voucher and after a long conversation I was told someone would call me back. After another quarter hour wait I received a call informing me after being put on hold for another 15 minutes, that because it was longer than one hour after the flight landed, the driver had left and would not be coming back!! I asked if that driver would not be back, when could they have a replacement driver there . I was told they did not have a replacement driver and we would have to find our own way to the hotel. I asked if they had any other options to get us transferred and I was told no and I would have to “ file a claim” to get my money back. Some customer service! NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could give them a minus 5 stars it would be to high.

I request a refund of the transfer contracted for March 5, 2020, in Paris - France, REFERENCE BR-776113244, according to the confirmation of AVIATOR itself. Under rain, I waited for the driver for 40 minutes at the time and place previously scheduled. I ended up having to take a taxi and I still ran the risk of missing the flight, having an unnecessary cost (58 euros) and stress. I look forward to your refund arrangements as soon as possible. Solicito reembolso do transfer contratado para o dia 5 de março de 2020, em Paris - França, REFERÊNCIA BR-776113244, de acordo com a confirmação da própria AVIATOR, feita através do e-mail aqui anexado. Sob chuva, aguardei o motorista por 40 minutos na hora e no local previamente agendados. Acabei tendo que pegar um táxi e ainda corri o risco de perder o voo, tendo tido um custo (de 58 euros) e estresse desnecessários.
