They confirmed my reservation and then never showed up to pick me up at the airport. I reached out via their WhatsApp contact and through Viator and received no response. I will be filing to get my money back.

Never showed up. O pant state we were not on there schedule, even though I had received a confirmation email & text the day before. We ending up wasting 1 1/2 hours attempting to locate a text them without being resolved. We ending up just hiring a cab at the airport who was wonderful a less expensive. The next day I did get an email that the fees charge would be refunded. Satisfied in the end result however very frustrating after a long flight to not have a ride to your hotel.

Our plane was late in arriving, and customs took longer than expected, but the driver waited patiently for us. He was very professional, polite, and pleasant the entire trip. This was a very good experience and I will definitely book other Viator airport transfers in the future.

Unfortunately not as advertised. I think these people saw it was 2 women traveling alone and figured they could pull one on us. What resulted was a scary experience where I was in a foreign country in the dark and picked up by a random guy in a hoodie who happened to have my name, and who drove us to our destination in a rusty Toyota where I was unable to get a license plate or name for. I'm 99% sure these people contracted out an uber driver who was available and paid him half what we paid and pocketed the rest. They did give us half of our money back after I complained which I appreciate but I want others to know how annoying this experience was. Did we safely make it to our destination? Yes. Was it a private car? Yes. Did they pick us up on time? Yes.
The experience is what they advertised technically, but I am wondering how accurate these reviews are. I even thought, am I being trafficked? Are we going to be taken to a random location instead? Should I call the police? I was telling people back home where we were and the description of the car. It was not OK and I was pretty upset about it. I would have rather this company refund me the money and say "hey we messed up, the driver isn't available, just take a taxi". The man was very nice, couldn't speak much English but he could tell we weren't comfortable and asked if we were ok. Next time I will go to Paris in a taxi as they are professionally managed and there is a flat fee to and from the airport. Lesson learned in all aspects, never going into a car of a stranger I don't know and just trust local infrastructure.

Samir is an excellent, friendly driver. He was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and kept in constant contact with us while we navigated customs, baggage claim, and covid screening. He was very conscientious always wearing a mask, using and having hand sanitizer available, as well as making sure his car was very clean (Mercedes). Highly recommend him. I would use him again if travelling to Paris!

Samir was absolutely excellent. Cannot recommend enough ! Waited for me patiently at the airport during delay, was nearly dressed in a suit, the car was clean and smelled nice, water was provided. The trip to the city was very smooth with calm classical music playing. Helped me get in touch with my landlord and also figure out how to get a SIM card.

Sayah from City Cab Paris drove us back and forth from Charles De Gaulle on our recent visit to Paris. I recommend highly. We found him easily at the airport. He was polite and helpful. He drove very well. Picked us up on time. Professional and friendly throughout. I will always contact him for transportation on our trips to Paris from now on.

Georges was waiting for us at the airport with a sign with my name even though the flight was 25 minutes late. He was dressed in a lovely suit, had a clean car and bottles of water for us. We appreciated his courtesy and professionalism. We booked a roundtrip airport transfer with Viator so we had another driver pick us up to take us to the airport after our Paris trip was complete. This driver called 5 minutes prior to meeting time to tell us he would be 10 minutes late. We appreciated the phone call and we waited since we had extra time before our international flight. If he had NOT called, we would have taken a taxi. So it was responsible on his part to do the right thing. He also was dressed in lovely suit, had a clean car and had bottles of water for us in the back seat. Would definitely recommend this service.

We've done a transfer before with a van that picks up other passengers as well, but this time we decided to splurge and spend a little more for a private car, and it was well worth it. Our driver was waiting for us at the exit after we got our luggage, and he was very easy to find with our names on an iPad. He helped my wife with her luggage to the car (a nice, clean black Mercedes), and it was a smooth ride to our hotel despite the crazy traffic. Our driver didn't speak much English, but we were able to communicate just fine. Highly recommend this service for anyone that doesn't feel like trying to navigate the train/public transit system. Besides, you are on vacation, so just do it :)

Sayah is his name and he is a superb driver and one wonderful, personable and considerate person and a great asset to his company—when we return will be requesting him. His driving is assured, assuring and responsible—a driver with real skills, he knows Paris like the back of his hand and his well driven ride from CDG to Paris 6th. was nothing short of admirable. Once I cleared customs and had my luggage I was concerned that I would not be able to find the driver. It has happened a number of times during my international travels. But that was not the case this time. The driver had an iPad with my name boldly printed on it; it was easy to see he was easy to fine. What a relief after a long international flight not to have to search for your name scribbled on a crumpled piece of paper. Everything work out perfectly he retrieved my luggage and drove me (in a clean new black Mercedes) to the hotel with no issues. I would definitely use them again

Our driver (Meliyah) was prompt, professional and thoughtful. We received a text before landing, and she was outside baggage claim - holding an iPad with our name. Despite our flight delay & long wait for checked baggage, our driver was waiting outside baggage claim with our name in a card. What a relief! Short walk to parking, help with our baggage, even bottled water waiting. Forget about train transfers, the crowded subway, a car waiting upon your arrival is the only way to go.

Sayah Baaroun was the BEST driver any one could be lucky enough to book! He was articulate, was prompt, was stylishedly dressed......car immaculate, and the best part......he knew and pointed out the sites of Paris we would not have seen........We booked only a round trip from CDG airport, but liked him so much.......we used him the entire week.........and have already recommended friends here in Palm Springs, California to use him the end of September as they will be going to Paris at that time. Lucky us to have found Sarah on Vivator!!!!!

Absolutely excellent and worth every cent. We exited with our bags after customs and immigration and the driver was there holding a sign with our name on it. He provided interesting information about the places we passed, explained how he peripherique ring road around the city works and took us directly to the door of our hotel in the Latin Quarter. We flew overnight from the US and not having to deal with anything except getting into the lovely car was wonderful!

Cannot say enough about this service and our driver wish I wrote down his name. After a long flight from the Western US to Paris we were delayed almost two hours going through Customs. The driver waited for us and was extremely pleasant despite the long delay. The car was immaculate and the driver was excellent navigating out of the Paris airport and traffic into the city. The conversation was delightful along the way and it was the most pleasant ride to our hotel after the long flight. Highly recommend this service!
