Airport Pick Up Details: After clearing Immigration and custom, go out to the arrival hall. Use the first door on the right, exiting the terminal at the Information Desk. Once outside, turn to the right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper Bar, Our Representative will be standing behind the barricade, holding a sign, displaying your name. Once you have identified yourself to our Jamaica Get Away Travels Agent, she will escort you to your vehicle

The representative was rude. I booked for pickup at 1230pm and was told that I have 10 minutes to arrive or driver would leave. The pickup information states 45 minutes. The driver was fine. He just drove and there was no conversation or engagement. I expect representatives to be professional.

For clarity, your booking was scheduled for a 12:30 PM airport departure pickup, which carries a 10-minute courtesy grace period, clearly outlined in our booking confirmation and terms. At no time did our communication state a 45-minute grace period for departure transfers. At 12:30 PM, our agent contacted you directly and you confirmed that you were still in your room and had not yet checked out. Please note, this was not a vehicle-for-the-day booking, and the driver had subsequent scheduled services for other clients. Despite the delay, our team remained professional, communicated clearly, and ensured you were transported safely. We take professionalism seriously and respectfully stand by our procedures, which are designed to ensure fairness and punctual service for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and wish you safe travels.
