Tour did not meet at the port. Couldn’t contact tour guide because I was out of country with no service. Port authority figured out who they were and said I needed to walk down the street and wait on the corner for someone with a sign with my name. Well there’s about 50 other people with signs trying to get you on their taxi or tour. I did not get to take my tour because I could not find my tour guide.
