Pickup is available from hotels, villas, and cruise ports in Ocho Rios and surrounding areas. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup point at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time. For hotel pickups, your driver will meet you in the main lobby with a sign displaying your name. Cruise ship guests will be picked up just outside the port gate at the designated meeting area after disembarkation. Kindly provide your hotel or villa name, room number (if available), and preferred pickup time when booking to ensure a smooth experience. For cruise passengers, please include your ship name and docking time. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, please contact the number provided on your confirmation. For special requests such as child seats or additional stops, feel free to inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
