The ride in the Caribbean Sea was awesome, it’s a shame the guides constantly remind you that “we’re looking after real good, so you can look after us real good too”

The experience would have been great had the tour guides not been constantly asking for tips. When we were finished and I did provide them with a tip I was told ‘this is like nothing’. So rude. I could have kept my hard earned money

We are extremely disappointed to know that your fun experience was spoilt by the tour guides at the activities. These guides are not employed by Island Jamaica Excursions. They are employed by the attractions: Horse Back Riding and Dunns River Falls. As such, we have no control over them. HOWEVER, we will definitely let their management know about this complaint, so that they can put a stop to it and prevent future travelers from having the same unpleasant experience you had. Our transportation was funny! After the tours he took us to a few spots where we can go shopping and eat. The horseback riding was a cool experience but the Dunns river tour was super fun. But the pictures and videos they took at Dunns river was not that good.
