Our tour guide Steve was fantastic! We learned a lot of the history behind Niagara Falls. Steve was very knowledgeable and was excited to tell us all about the Falls. I would recommend the 5 hour tour to anyone. The walk thru the park, the Maiden of the Mist ride, the observation deck, the Cave of the winds, it was well worth the money! It was nice that Steve wore a microphone so we could always here him. He took his time with all of us and always found a shady spot to stop and explain things. He even offered to take pics for anyone that wanted them. Steve made this tour worth it! Thank you Steve!!

Great experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had plenty of time at each stop on the tour to look around. Amazing sites. October/ November is a great time to go, less crowds!

The tour was great! The Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds are where the highlights of the tour, but the views of the Falls from Goat and Luna Islands were also worth it. Nate was GREAT! He dished historic facts and Niagara Lore with passion and humor. He was kind, attentive and knowledgeable and really appreciated him leading the way! No regrets! Just a few tips. The water situation is everywhere. You will get misted by the falls no matter where you go, you only choose how wet you might want to get. We went at the end of October, so temps were around 46 degrees (Fahrenheit). We wore long-johns, and water resistant water wicking clothes (windbreaker materials). The best thing to do is keep your extremities warm (hands, feet and head cover too). Some areas have standing water, so be smart about your shoe choice. Keep your poncho from Maid of the Mist to use at the Cave of Winds.

I think it's best to do your own your and buy maid of the mist and cave of the wind tickets on your own. It's a waste of money going through them and paying twice as much as you would pay

The combination of activities gave us a truly amazing falls experience. The guides were entertaining and knowledgeable. Truly a great niagra falls experience. Keep your blue rain poncho from the maid in the mist for the cave of the winds. Trust us. :)

We loved this tour, so much information that we wouldn’t have known if we saw these same places solo. Our guide was excellent and went as far as taking pictures for us. Great for all ages although there are lots of steps going down to and up from the cave is the winds. It’s manageable. Would totally recommend!

We planned this tour back in February, as we drove into Niagara Falls I got a text of location change and to meet at an intersection. Showed up to check in and no one was there!
Had to make other accommodations for our visit to Niagara Falls! I’m hoping for a full refund but doubt it will happen. Total Scam!

The Maid of the Mist was an amazing experience and we didn’t get too wet. The Caves of the Wind experience had information on the history of the site and an up close view of the falls. We got soaked head to toe at the Caves of the Wind and had to change our shoes and socks afterwards. The trolley was a nice scenic ride.

It’s informative & great bang for your buck! Our tour guide was Steve, he was very funny & friendly! It’s lots of walking & no breaks for food so I’ll suggest you bring your own food/drinks. That was the only downside for me, they really sound offer you at least some water or give you a 15 minute snack break because the tour was 4+ hours long & my family was starving. Overall, I would suggest booking!

The tour was fantastic. FINDING the group starting point was HORRENDOUS! It took us over an hour to find the starting point. I kept texting Viator and no answer. When some called me about 30 minute es later, he said, oh, didn’t your get an email last night about changing your 9:00 tour to 10:00? I received no email. My husband and I are both disabled, so tracing around Niagara Falls Park trying to find a tour company for an hour was unacceptable. Paul, the tour guide and Paul his trainee were both fantastic. Sadly, it did not make up for the one hour of stress and physical assertion.

From start to finish we couldn’t have asked for a better tour. Being from “not here” we were slightly apprehensive about meeting locations and the general how to’s. Our anxiety was put to rest starting the night before when the tour coordinator, Peter not only text us meet up instructions but provided clear map and pictures of where we would meet.
Peter was exactly where he said he would be and was friendly and engaging while we waited for the rest of the participants and our tour guide.
The tour started on time and our tour guide, Stephen was enthusiastic, helpful and accommodating. As we walked and he talked he was always mindful to stop/wait in the shade. He gave us clear time limits for taking pictures or resting.
Stephen was accommodating when we were almost two hours into the tour and we needed a snack. He made sure the group was clear on how much time was allotted and kept us on track.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience. It exceeded all our expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

The tour was great! Played all the hits! Cave of the winds and the Maid of the mist did not disappoint! (You will get wet!) Darrel was a great guide, very informative and friendly. We walked over from the Canadian side and it was totally worth it. One minor thing...be careful of the meeting location. It's a little different from where the tour details say it will be. Watch out for that.

This was a great experience. I learned so much about Niagara Falls even though I lived in the area for about 20 years a long time ago. Our tour guide Steve was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable! Money well spent. Loved maid of the mist and Cave of the Winds. The trolley helped us see get around after a long day of walking.

The maid of the mist experience is one for the ages. It is a must see in your to bucket list. Peter is great in coordinating even during customer stressful terms- truly a non-judgemental jolly fella. He was able to accommodate us with the rest of the tour sans a tourguide.
Our tour guide, Paul, was for the limited tour we ended up having with him, very knowledgeable and informative. Just wished he had noticed a missing group and communicated same to Peter especially as we waited at deck as instructed.
We missed the rest of the tour due to the misinformation and didn't get to experience the rest of the tour.
However, that didn't negate the best part: seeing the falls and mist up close via boat and hike.
Hopefully the mgt can get back to us for the missed opportunity.
