Tom, our guide, picked us up on time and then onto pick up others from a local hotel. We were a group of 10 adults and a baby. The tour covered the main highlights, journey behind the falls, maid of the mist and the skylon tower. However, the highlight was Tom’s commentary throughout, funny, engaging and really interesting. We travelled throughout Niagara seeing the whirlpool, the floral clock, the power stations amongst other things and learnt so much whilst seeing a beautiful part of Canada. Would thoroughly recommend this activity.

Tom, our guide, picked us up on time and then onto pick up others from a local hotel. We were a group of 10 adults and a baby. Gary, our guide was excellent. Better communication with the tour company would have been helpful before it started. The tour company should have sent us our pick up time, driver/guide information, and description of the vehicle picking us up. However, Gary made the trip worthwhile!

You get REALLY wet in the boat part. Bring dry clothes for afterwards. The lunch buffet was very good.

What a wonderful tour! I would do it again in a heart beat. George our driver was fantastic and was doing everything possible to accommodate my 94 year old husband who couldn’t walk long distance and sometimes stayed in the van; but was still able to enjoy most of the activities. George explained so well how to get the wheelchair to do the Maid of the Mist tour; in spite of the long walk to the wheelchair my husband was able to get on the boat and enjoy the Falls while protected in the glass enclosure. The confirmations thru texts started the day before and we were picked up from our hotel Marriott on the Falls. What an amazing tour, so well planned in a very comfortable clean van with a fantastic driver! I can only recommend it!!!

Awesome day? Visited all the great sites, George gave us lots of history and amazing terrific guide. He actually took us to entrance to boat, tunnels and skyline. We also enjoyed lunch with a view of the falls! Highly recommend his tour.

The tour company forgot to pick us up. They said our name was missed on the morning pick up. The man that I spoke to from Zoom Tours seemed to think it was because we booked through Viator. They offered to add us for the following day, but we were leaving. It was very disappointing. We did get a refund. I would not book this tour.

Overall the tour was good, but the boats weren't running, and only told on the day by a another customer, and not the tour guide.

We enjoyed our tour. We found the butterfly conservatory was a poor substitute from what would usually be the boat tour - for the amount of money we paid we felt the charges should of been less, or something more included such as the power house as the butterfly conservatory was disappointing. Therefore we feel the operators should look into this, as that part of the trip let it down from being 5 stars. However, John was our tour guide he was very knowledgeable during our tour and we enjoyed seeing all of the other sites and we enjoyed the journey behind the falls and the skylon tower. We would reccomend this trip, without the trip to the butterfly conservatory.

Seeing the falls up close. Our guide Garry was very friendly and informative. He picked us up from the hotel on time and was extremely helpful. My husband uses a walker, Garry always help him in and out of the van.

On the negative side was lunch, the food was good, but buffet had less of a selection on food, only water as a drink, everything else extra cost.
