    The driver and young lady that did the speaking were very professional. I just wished the dropoff was where we were picked up even though we were told to be there at 8:20am and the tour bus was not there until 9am

    Lucas was super friendly and dynamic. We don’t walk that much but we get amazing fotos on Lucas recommendations. I do recommend this tour if you are not planing to visit Bronx/Queens, but you want to know a bit of his history. Thanks Lucas!!!

    Hice una reserva por Viator para este tour, para nuestro último día en Nueva York. Cinco Personas. Levanté a las niñas muy temprano hicimos las maletas, las dejamos en el hotel y fuimos al punto de encuentro. Una vez allí entre todas las personas que hay para hacer toures tuvimos que buscar al que supuestamente era nuestro guía. NO ESTABAMOS INSCRITOS EN NINGUNA LISTA. Según nos comentaron en la empresa del Tour, Viator nos vendió entradas para un tour que ya no tenía cupo. Segúh Viator el tour no les avisó. Dejamos el hotel a las 7 de la mañana pensando que haríamos a un tour de 4 horas y que luego regresaríamos para buscar las maletas e iríamos al aeopuerto. PUES NO TUVIMOS TOUR. y nos quedamos en Nueva York sin saber realmente qué hacer. Pienso que tendría que haber hecho caso a los comentarios anteriores, en donde contaban que esto ya les había pasado. Estoy esperando el rembolso y además una compensación porque nos arruinaron nuestro último día.

    Ha sido una "ESTAFA". Compré 5 entradas para el 12-08-23, me las cargaron de la Visa y al poco rato recibí WhatsApp diciendo que había sido un error y que no había entradas. A día de hoy no he recuperado el dinero y nadie me contesta. CONSEJO: NO CONTRATEN CON VIATOR

    Mejor de lo esperado. Había leido malas críticas relativas al tiempo que se pasa en el bus. Es cierto, pero para visitar 4 de los 5 condados no queda otra. Lo que más nos gustó es ver un poquito más del verdadero Nueva York, del Nueva York profundo. Nuestra guía Fanny, muy vivaz, capaz de conducir perfectamente al tiempo que nos contaba muchas historias. Recomiendo el tour si quieres ver algo más que simplemente Manhattan.

    El tur operador nos canceló la excursión si dar ninguna explicación y no me ha devuelto el importe de dicha excursión. Después de contactar por email con Aviator estoy a la espera de una respuesta

    Lo sentimos, Cuando cerramos fechas a veces el sistema toma unos minutos para actualizar la disponibilidad por ello recomendamos no reservar a ultmo momento o unas horas antes de la excursion.
