Your driver will meet you inside the arrival hall at the designated meeting point with a name sign. Complimentary waiting time is 90 minutes from actual landing time. To ensure smooth communication, please provide: • Flight number • Arrival terminal • Hotel name & address • Contact number (WhatsApp/iMessage recommended) If you experience delays during immigration or baggage claim, kindly inform us as soon as possible. Our travel plans changed and we ended up with last minute travel plans to Tokyo. With lots of luggage in tow, we opted for a private transfer. Shortly after booking, we received communication from the driver with details for the pick up. Our driver was friendly and very easy to find upon arrival at the airport. I would not hesitate to book this service again in the future. Looking forward to using them again for our next visit.
