The driver was very kind. As the agency told me as soon as I booked he did'nt speak English. We used google translator to communicate. We could'nt get off the car in the last location because of the pouring rain, so he took us to the Shurijo castel instead.

Be prepared to be your own guide and make sure you have Google translate. Guide did not speak English or know anything about Okinawa. We wondered if she was even from the island

Kindly allow us to clarify: your booking was for a private car with driver, not a guided tour. As stated in the product description and our prior communication, the service does not include an English-speaking guide, and the driver is not tour guide. The driver provides transportation services only and may have very limited English ability, typically assisted by a translation app.

We sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding during the booking process. We do our best to inform guests in advance, especially regarding language limitations and the nature of the service.
Currently in Okinawa, there is a shortage of drivers, and unfortunately English-speaking drivers are unavailable at this time.

Okinawa travel is limited by a lack of trains, this worked out well to have a driver take us to some hard to get to places. The driver was helpful and friendly.
