Embark on an unforgettable half-day journey of traditional Greek cuisine with Mrs. Juliana, the woman whose cooking charmed even world-renowned chef, Anthony Bourdain. She will take you to her family farm and teach you how to prepare exquisite dishes using seasonal goods that are all cooked over a wood fire. A must for food lovers!

We had the most amazing time with Ms. Juliana and her assistant/translator Lazaros. The setting couldn’t have been more perfect and the hospitality was outstanding. A true farm to table experience. Outdoors, at a beautiful farm, learning how to make traditional dishes using all the freshest possible ingredients. Even the wine, olive oil and honey were from Ms. Juliana’s family farm! If you love food and enjoy a little closer cultural experience, we highly recommend this class!

This was of the highlights of our Greece tip! It was a private setting in this beautiful farm . We cooked all the food on the wood fire oven , shared food and wine and thoroughly enjoyed everything ! The host is amazing and the chef - Bravo!!!!! It’s a must if you are in Naxos!!

This class was first class!!! The entire experience was just fantastic. No electricity where this was, it really was all fire grilled, And farm to Table. We cooked several dishes and alllll of the ingredients were gleaned right there, save two. The conversations, via our guide/driver/helper-chef-extrordiare niko (sp) we're limited, yet fantastic. This is a hard working crew and sososososo much food is cooked. We're still eating it the next day. Booyah!! Highly recommend.
