- If a Participant chooses to leave a tour or activity part way through for any reason, no refund will be offered
- Itinerary: In case of a force majeure and/or reasons beyond our control and events that occur after the tour departure, we reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itinerary.
- If your Cruise Ship is not able to arrive into the port of Mykonos on the tour date and the tour cannot be rescheduled for another date, we will issue a full refund.
- This Tour is NOT private, there will be other participants.
- This Tour is only for Cruise Ship passengers - not for local Ferry passengers.
- Not recommended for travelers with wheelchairs or walking frames
- Not recommended for travelers who have trouble walking at moderate pace.

Very organized. A full bus load for the tour. Knowledgeable tour guide and she was funny too! Got to see a lot. Unfortunately we were there in the one day a year that it rains so we got wet. Would have liked to enjoy the town a bit more but the rain put a damper on things! Loved our lunch at “Saki” as recommended by our guide for great authentic local food! Got to dry off a bit too. Thank you!

We had a lovely time in Mykonos. Dora was an amazing guide and so knowledgeable. She made time for a lot of photo stops and small shopping. We had a nice stroll through the town and she made sure we were all squared away for our ferry ride back to the cruise port. 10/10 would recommend!

Very happy with the small size of the tour. Visiting the lighthouse was a nice touch and just beautiful, something you don’t hear much about. Def stop into the Monastery if you have time - was worth the few extra euros! Andrea was a fantastic guide who truly knows and loves her city! Since visiting in the end of October it was way less crowded, but we missed truly getting a feeling of the fun that this city is known for! Enjoyed having time after to explore on our own. Beautiful city! Would reco traveling here earlier near the summer.

Great way to see the island with a very knowledgeable guide. A bit of time to soak in the scenery and take pictures. Loved visiting the beach and sticking my feet in the water. The bus was very comfortable and they kept the schedule and everyone on time.

We loved our tour! It was super informative and fun! Our tour guide was lovely! She went to Mykonos on vacation, met a man the first night, fell in love, stayed and now gives the tour of her new country! Perfect English, humor, history, great stops -- it was fabulous. Very easy to find your tour group at this location. The group was on a larger bus, but the tour was good. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. The first part of the tour was by bus around the island, but the second part does involve some walking.

Our guide Dora was excellent, very knowledgeable and I loved learning about the architecture of the traditional houses. Although I feel the island doesn’t have much to see and in hindsight we could have just done a walk through the town ourselves from the ship and seen almost everything.

christina is an excellent guide who is knowledgeable and charming. She is a native new yorker who lived on mykonis for 30 years--easy to listen to for an extended time period. She talked about history and contemporary life on the island; many guides only talk about a location's history. itravelmykonos is a decent tour operator; they need to improve the directions they provide tourists regarding how to find the tour guide at the port...

Our guide Cristina was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, helpful, friendly, accommodating and well spoken. These are all of the attributes of a perfect tour guide. It never rains in Mykonos, supposedly. However, it rained all day on our tour. She went out of her way to make sure we saw everything we needed to see and learn about the important pieces of the island. She made a miserable weather day much more tolerable and enjoyable.

The tour continued because conditions were still considered safe, but we completely understand that the experience may not have been as enjoyable in that weather.
We do follow a full-refund policy only when the tour is cancelled for safety reasons, which wasn’t the case on this date. That said, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and will review how we handle weather expectations and comfort to ensure guests feel more supported in these situations.
