Christina was an amazing tour guide. She made our day in Mykonos so enjoyable by telling us valuable information and taking us to great places. She was fun and easy to understand. I really enjoyed Andrea's method. We saw the lighthouse first, then the town. The bakery had authentic, tasty pastries and the owners were customer service oriented and friendly! We really learned a lot on the walking 🚶‍♀️ tour. Then, she took us to the wind mills. However, a movie was being filmed. Excellent attitude and customer service spirit!!

Christina was the BEST tour guide! She provided lots of interesting information about the island, kept us informed of our itinerary and provided perfect stops for wonderful coffee, snacks and water closets. The tour was a marvelous combination of bus ride, stops for beautiful views and walking thru the narrow walkways thru town. Christina's recommendation of Captain's Restaurant for lunch was excellent. We had the best seafood and craft beer!

Itinerary

Meet your group at the New Port bus terminal, near the Cruise Ship Terminal Gate. Depending on the group size, travel by bus or car to the island’s highlights.

Travel to Kalafatis Beach to soak in the beauty of the sea, then proceed to the village of Ano Mera. Spend time exploring the traditional tavernas or visiting the 16th-century Monastery of Panagia Tourliani in this charming hamlet.

Then, head to Mykonos Town for a city walking tour. Stroll past the iconic cube-shaped, whitewashed houses in this historic fishing village, stopping to visit highlights such as Little Venice, the Church of Paraportiani, and the windmills. The tour ends at Mykonos Town waterfront (Akti Kampani).

If a Participant chooses to leave a tour or activity part way through for any reason, no refund will be offered
Itinerary: In case of a force majeure and/or reasons beyond our control and events that occur after the tour departure, we reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itinerary.
Please wear comfortable shoes, as there will be a walking portion of the tour.

Consider yourself very fortunate if Dora is your guide for the day. She gave us a personal account of history, culture, and dynamics of Mykonos. From the start, where she visibly held the iTravel sign to the end, when she recommended a island favorite, Dora was amazing. You'll get exercise, exposure, and a wonderful experience.

Andrea was so knowledgeable and personable. I feel like I came away knowing a lot about the island. The spots were gorgeous also. Be mindful that the tour is longer than stated. I was about 4-4.5 hours and it was hot in Mykonos town and lots of walking.

Absolutely amazing tour. Andrea was SO passionate about the island and its history. It’s so easy to get caught up in th party atmosphere of Mykonos but Andrea made sure we took a step back and explored some less common parts of the island and some local areas. It ended up being the highlight of our entire trip. Tour was very well organized and Andrea even made sure that everyone knew how to use the sea taxi to return to the cruise ships, where to get the best gyro or sit down restaurant.

The combination of touring various locations around the island with the walking tour of the town made this an outstanding experience. The walking portion of the tour was interesting but was very congested due to the volume of tourists ashore that day. Our guide Dora was excellent!

Christina was very helpful and informative. There was not one question that the group asked that she didn’t know the answer to. The walking is very easy but you would miss very little if you didn’t want to walk at all. Mykonos was not my favorite island but if you’re going to go see it, go with Christina.

Tour company meh, tour guide amazing!

Dora the tour guide was incredible!! She truly made this very special, along with tour bus driver George. Dora is truly to be commended! She is certainly not paid enough! Now the company.. this company bumped us for a tour ship, then made the price cheaper by $14AUD to €7 so…. I don’t recommend booking early. You will be punished. Furthermore, I don’t recommend asking for help. I was confused between the cruise terminal and ferry port. No care given. Disappointed with the company communication and logistics. The tour guide Dora though, salvaged the tour for us. Can’t thank her enough!

The tour guide Dora was excellent and I felt like I was able to see so much more of Mykonos than I would have on foot. Learning all history but also seeing the less touristy parts of the island more inland was a very unique experience as well. Very worth the price!
