Great experience, guide was funny and gave great info. Just enough of a taste of the island and still a little free time before getting back on the ship.

We enjoyed our tour, but our tour guide was very difficult to understand. It was very hard to understand the history when we could not understand her very well. Most of the tour was interesting, but our group decided to end the tour on our own.

We regret to hear that our tour didn’t meet your expectations. Let me briefly address the concerns raised:
1. Your difficulties understanding your guide are puzzling since Mary is bilingual; her parents were Greek and British. In other words, English is her native language.
2. We believe your disappointment mainly stems from your very limited walking ability, which made it difficult for you to follow the group in the pedestrian areas of Mykonos. This is likely why your lovely party decided to give up and finish the tour on that bench in town.
3. We strongly recommend paying more attention to the tour description before booking. Ours states: “Please be advised that this tour is not wheelchair or scooter accessible and may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility.”
Safe travels!

This tour was like a dream come true for us. Mykonos has been on our bucket list for a long time, and it didn't let us down. We got to see the most beautiful places of the island. Our guide, Kostas, was super nice and knew a lot, which made the day even more awesome. The tour was chill and not too hurried. We highly recommend it for a perfect day in Mykonos if you're there for just a day.

This was the absolutely worst tour experience ever! Started with the fact that it was originally sold as a private hyper for a group of 8 which we later discovered was a bus tour with 40 people! Second, we provided erroneous information about where we were to meet the tour guide. Specifically, we received an email state specifically told us that the tour guide would meet us outside the gate at the port and that the guide would be holding a sign with my name on it. My group arrived at the designated meeting spot approximately 20 minutes earlier than was instructed and we waited there until 20 minutes after the designated pick up time. When I contacted the tour operator I was informed that it was not a private tour and that we had missed the bus because we were not at the pick up spot. After much wrangling we were told the tour operator was at the location with a sign of the tour operators name (not my name as previously instructed), and that the tour bus was in the parking lot so we had to run to get on the bus. Many on the bus were grumbling about a similar experience. Third, the tour guide was not the most interesting individual and tended to tell us more about the debauchery that goes on on this island and that there is no “criminalization” and that rape is not a crime that takes place in this place where drinking and drug use is prevalent.

It's quite intriguing to note how some most gifted travelling individuals book €100 shared tours on the most popular and upscale Greek island, yet expect a private experience. Here's a clarification of the concerns mentioned:
1. The tour is shared, not private.
2. 2.The pickup location is clearly listed in the tour description – pickup meeting section
3. We also reiterate this information with the exact pickup time and, tailored to each ship's arrival, between 72 and 12 hours before the tour starts.
4. The sign at the pickup point displays the company name, not the customer's.
5. The group size was 26 people, including yourself, not 40.
6. The guide, one of Mykonos' top 10 fully licensed guides, has received numerous positive reviews. If their expertise did not meet your expectations, you might consider exploring independently.
7. Indeed, our guides provide not only historical information but also insights into daily life. It's worth noting that crime in Mykonos is generally less of a concern compared to your hometown of New York.
8. If you encounter confusion among ports and pickup instructions, don't blame others. Instead, learn from your own mistakes, as it will benefit your future travels and life overall
Safe travels!
