Mykonos Town is accessible only on foot, and there are no alternative transportation options available during the walking portion of the tour. We kindly ask all participants to carefully assess their physical ability to complete the tour before making a reservation. Refunds cannot be provided for guests who are unable to complete the tour due to accessibility concerns.
- To provide the best possible experience, the order of the tour (driving vs. walking) may be adjusted based on the day’s traffic, weather, or port conditions.

We had to change our dates and the administrative person was very helpful. They also did a good job on making sure we met up with the guides. The guides were excellent, very pleasant and well informed.

It was very difficult to find the guide; confusing; I went to three different vans mistakenly. Very frustrating considering that the weather was very hot.

The driver on the mini bus tour was great and we really enjoyed all the knowledge he shared. The walking tour guide was very hard to understand when he did stop and talk. We didn’t enjoy this part of the tour at all. Would have liked more information with a someone that spoke better English.

Wish the walking tour would have been first and the driving part second due to the crowds and the heat. We saw a lot and Marina was as great!

Excellent day exploring Mykonos Town and the whole island! Our guides Marina and Nikoka were terrific and so informative! Marina took us to the oldest bakery on the island-it was amazing!! Everything about the day was perfect!

The walking tour section was excellent. Earlier in the morning so the streets of Mykonos town were quiet, we could explore with ease. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to understand.
The bus tour guide was also excellent, very personable and informative but we felt that the stops were too short and therefore lacked any real purpose. It would have been nice to skip one of the stops and have longer at one of the others and have a short amount of free time to explore, grab a drink or something.

The tour was advertised as a drive your first then walking tour. When we got there we were told we were walking first. We were rushed through town with no time to shop or explore anything. We were told several times we had to hurry. When we were done walking there was no time to eat either. We left the rest of the tour and never went on the bus portion.

Our Mykonos tour is designed specifically for cruise ship guests and operates within a limited 4-hour timeframe so passengers can comfortably return to their ship on time. Within that schedule, we do our best to include as many of the island’s highlights as possible while keeping the tour running smoothly for the entire group.
We would also like to clarify that the tour itinerary does not include dedicated free time for shopping or a meal stop, and that the order of the tour may occasionally be adjusted depending on traffic, weather, or port conditions on the day. This information is shared in the tour description at the time of booking, in the meeting instructions sent by us prior to the tour, and again in the reminder message sent one day before the excursion.
That said, we genuinely regret that the experience did not feel enjoyable and relaxing for you. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.

Our tour guide George led us expertly throughout the cozy, beautiful, and bougainvillea strewn streets to an ancient bakery shop in business since the early 1400s in the same family as well as the iconic windmills and Little Venice.
The van tour afterwards started with a trip to a lighthouse point with a spectacular view. The rest of the 2 hour drive was not worth the time. Would have rather sat in patio cafe in Little Venice looking out at the clear water.

It is a very comprehensive tour of Mykonos. We traveled over most of the island during the minivan tour & then walked all through Mykonos town. A great overview for first timers to the island. Our tour guides Nickolas & Marina were both fantastic!

What a great way to spend an afternoon! If you love taking pictures, Mykonos is a must see! This tour provided everythint you'd want to capture through your lenses.
*We did not have this issue personally, but if you have trouble walking or getting around, this excursion would be too much for you.
