Our company is not responsible for the client’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the booked tour or activity.
Last minute cancellation of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship, is not our company’s responsibility, therefore any refund requests due to such incidents will not be accepted. Should the client be aware of such a change, he/she is requested to communicate with our company more than 24 hours before the tour or activity starts, in order to discuss possible date or time amendment (subject to availability)
Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the tour or activity), for any reason, will not be accepted.
All clients are kindly requested to send their preferred meeting point and location until 3:00pm of the previous date, regarding their pick-up for the booked tour or activity. Should they fail to do so, our company will do anything it can in order to locate them (telephone, email, etc), however it is not responsible for any failure to meet them. Meeting points could be, anywhere on the island and the information necessary is either the hotel name or the name of the cruise ship they are arriving with. In the occasion that they are staying at an apartment, clients are requested to send us a google map, a nearby hotel or any information that would help us locate them. Any delay of behalf of the client (up until 15 minutes that we will be waiting for them) affects the transfer schedule and disrupts the smooth conduct of the tour/activity.
For no-name accommodations, our company will set the most convenient location for the pick-up.
For accommodations that are located in a pedestrian zone, our company will set the best possible pick-up point.

Our company is not responsible for knowing whether the client is supposed to book transfer or not. The transfer schedule is prepare less than 24 hours before the operation, therefore we cannot predict such necessity.
Transfer inclusions include a certain distance, while for remote areas Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Kanalia, and other remote villas an additional charge will apply € 10 per person (to be paid in cash on the spot).
Shared Basis : On shared tours, multiple parties may be combined in the same Jeep (vehicle can accommodate up to five people)
On late arrivals, tour content and activities that were missed would not be refunded.
No reimbursement, compensation, partial or full refunds would be given.
Itinerary: In case of a force majeure and/or reasons beyond our control and events that occur after the tour departure, we reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itinerary.
Tour duration can vary depending on traffic conditions & weather.
The total duration includes transfer from/to hotel or port.
This is not a self-driving tour.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 5 travelers

We enjoyed the Jeep tour because it was a small group of up to four people in each vehicle. We were able to stop at numerous spots for photos. Enjoyed a delightful lunch at a farm where everything was grown on the property that we ate. A stop included the inside of one of the small family chapels that we saw on the roadside.. Definitely worth seeing and the explaining of the burial process. All in all it was a great experience, that I highly recommend to anyone.

Looking at this nothing about this states that you’re sharing a Jeep. It’s a jeep! Automatically it should be only the people in your party. My husband is tall Anand so was another person in the jeep. They didn’t care and basically said deal with it.

Our Jeep tours are shared, and in this case since both couples had made bookings for the same tour and the vehicle could accommodate everyone, we grouped the bookings together as per our policy. We understand that the seating arrangement may have been uncomfortable for taller passengers. However, please note that the tour includes various stops where guests can step out and stretch, so you don’t have to spend all the tour seated in the vehicle. Not private…. Send the right equipment!

Two couples reserved this tour. This company decided to send a Land Rover to facilitate the “Jeep tour”. The Land Rover fits 2 full size adults and two small sized children (besides the driver and the tour guide)…. We had two males One 6’7 and the other 6’2, and both females who were 5’6+…. Let’s just say that they didn’t have the equipment to accommodate above-average sized couples after they decide that they will group two couple together w/o confirming with the couples……. Their solution “You can cancel; however, no refunds!” THE TOUR GUIDE AND DRIVER DID THE BEST THEY COULD WITH THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WERE GIVEN!! KUDOS TO THEM!!

Our tours are shared, and it’s common to have small groups who may not know each other together in the same car. In your case, we combined your two bookings into one vehicle because it accommodated the total number of guests (4) booked for that tour. However, it’s important to note that you don’t spend the whole tour inside the vehicle; you can get out at every stop. Despite everything, we are glad to hear that you were happy with the efforts of both the driver and tour guide, who did the best they could given the circumstances. The lighthouse was...

The lighthouse was interesting, however not much to see. The family church was not accessible - locked - did not get in. The lunch was quite good as was the wine However, we did not get to see much else. The lunch was an additional charge - a lot of money - $205.10 - basically for a ride to lunch. Not at all that we expected.

A great Adventure where we could see the best spots and beautifull views of Mykonos Island. The guide was fantastic. We love the beaches, the Light house, the visit to the farm and small Villages. We recomendo to all this Tour.

Don’t do it

Jude is the worst. We booked for 10:30, he changed it to 4:00 and then again to 4:30. From the jump I stressed repeatedly we needed a car seat or we weren’t interested. When I pressed him to commit to providing a car seat he told me there was a separate charge of €15. The guide brought a car seat that was broken. A Jeep tour around Mykonos is basically a car ride. €360 rip off.

Anastasia was our tour guide. She took us all over in her Jeep. From the amazing views, the beaches to the town of Ano Mera. The farm was great! We saw their animals, their vegetables and the snack of home made feta cheese with olives was fantastic! Definitely recommend this tour!

Not quite a Jeep safari

Let me begin by saying that the name and description of the tour is a bit misleading. I was expecting to have a Jeep that was lead on a tour of the island that was off the beaten path. The 4wd adventure would be different from other tours. The fact that they insist you have a drivers licence or pay an up-charge sort of reinforced the idea. That being said we were picked up in an old Range rover which we shared with a another couple as well as the tour guide. It was cramped to say the least, as well as hot. The other couple also had the same impression that this was not a shared ride. When we questioned the tour guide about this, she made a call to her boss and she relayed the message to us that there are no other jeeps and this was the way its supposed to be. If we knew this we would of booked a tour in an air conditioned van of which was from the same company and went to the same places at the same time as us. The tour itself was good . Mykonos is a beautiful island. The white buildings against the blue sky and water is breath taking. We rode around the Island and saw the beaches, the coast and the country side. Took advantage of the stops to take some great pictures . The stop at the monastery was nice . The next stop was at a farm where we saw how the farmer was attempting to grow grapes for wine as well as his small collection of donkeys, sheep and goats. We were then able to taste his local vegetables as well as his homemade feta cheese and stuffed grape leaves. We also tasted his local sprits. Over all it was a good tour, just not quite what was advertised. I would skip this tour and book something with AC and leg room.

Cher pour la prestation, surtout pour une famille de 5 (soit 5x le pris plein à 95 euro + le repas, pour 3h20 environ)
