The taxi ride to paradise beach was easy. The whole staff was very attentive and nice. Our guide Sandra was extremely kind and patient. We had a wonderful time. Beware if you get a chair and umbrella at the beach, they charged us $80. I’m not sure if that was the going rate but just FYI. It had nothing to do with the snorkeling group though.

Showed up early and what appeared to be the manager gave us tips on a NICE near by beach. Experience was awesome! Everyone was so friendly! When it came time to leave we were having trouble finding a cab. Even the manager could not find one. So he drove us back to our ship himself.

Thank you for your review. Great to hear that we did a good job overall. Mediterranean reefs are some times unpredictable when it comes to marine life.Our home reef has been praised repeatedly for the ample marine life so close to shore however some times it might not be as vibrant as it usually is...even in a matter of hours... Thank you once more for snorkeling with us and for your valuable input. Costas.

We are grandparents taking our grandkids on a trip booked this thinking there would be no reason to worry about canceling but we did have to cancel our whole cruise because of an illness asked a week before the snorkeling adventure if they would make a vert kind exception and credit our money back. THEY DID NOT

Thank you for your review. I am not sure who you contacted concerning your refund due to sickeness but if you had a week before the program was offered, may I ask why you did not cancell directly from Viator? Our policy allows to cancel up to 48hrs prior to program automatically. All the best.

We were a little nervous at first as we are not the best swimmers and one of us had a fear of fish but we were determined and Javier made us feel so relaxed and he said it’s supposed to be like meditation and it really was!

Literally one the best excursions of my life!! The water is so clear, and everything was surreal. It was cold (early May/65 degrees), but they provide a 2-layered wetsuit that made everything tolerable. It’s a little time consuming to get into, but they size you properly and direct how to put it on. In the beginning, they go over fish/ organisms you may spot and their tendencies. I had Jess as my instructor and I was excited before, but her genuine passion for marine life made me even more excited! It was my first time snorkeling, she was great and so enthused when I spotted a fish she taught me about. I struggled with breathing through my mouth, but I eventually got the hang of it and she would continuously check on me. I absolutely loved and recommend it.

A Must If You Are Visiting Paradise Beach!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our snorkeling experience with the Mykonos Diving Center. Our cruise ship stopped at Mykonos for about 8 hours. We took a bus from Mykonos Town to Paradise Beach. We suggest arriving to the beach early if you want to secure a spot on the beach. We booked a cabana on the beach when we arrived (30 euros for the whole day). Right before noon we went to the diving center which is on Paradise Beach. Very convenient! It took about 45 minutes for the instructors to get everyone ready. They gave us flippers, a snorkel mask, and a wet suit. The instructors were very pleasant. We took about a 4 minute boat ride from Paradise Beach to a rocky cove. We saw a lot of beautiful small fish. The water was clear with a beautiful crystal blue tint. After about an hour of snorkeling we went back to our cabana and enjoyed some drinks and gyros. It was a lovely day!

Great experience - even for someone who does not know swimming

We just loved this experience. My wife and myself both don't know swimming and were a little scared to start with. Our Instructor was very friendly and helped get over our fears in the first 5 mins. Then it was a joy ride. We were give swim suits which made us float in the water even without doing anything and the instructor took us snorkeling to many places near the beach. Highly recommended!!

Amazing! The reef was pretty w/ lots of fish. The instructor sat on the beach w/ our 5 year old snorkeler for 20 min allowing my husband and I to finish our allotted time! The staff were great! All in all, I give this a 10 stars out of 5! Thank you for such a once in a lifetime experience!
