Rent a car instead

We were extremely disappointed. In this tour. The pictures show open top Jeeps - which they do NOT have. Also, we were going to be sitting in the backseat of a car for almost 8 hrs. We would NOT get a chance to drive. We left the meeting place and did NOT take the tour. We rented a car instead and had a great time. (Rental car cost was $30) By the way, they did NOT give us a refund. The ad leads you to believe something that is NOT true. Buyer Beware !!!!

Hello Rick. First of all the guide doing the check in offered to bring another car for you. Also, no one said that you would not have the chance to drive. It is a group with many participants and everyone always gets the chance to drive if they wish to. The open jeep cars are not allowed for tours any more for safety reasons, that's why we do not operate with them any more. When you decided to leave the tour, you were both happy and when asked if you would like a refund you said no. The tour has a 24hour cancellation policy, and it operated normally.
