- Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the experience), will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the experiences, any guests delay, up until 5 minutes, it will be a non show, refund requests will not be acceptable.
- We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to reply to our messages, emails or calls for directions to the meeting point.
- For everyone's safety and comfort, please do not eat or drink on the bus/mini van, and keep your area tidy.
- We try our best to return lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left on the bus/mini van.
- The tour will leave on schedule. If you arrive late and miss parts of the tour, there will be no refunds or replacements. We do not offer any reimbursement or compensation.
- Kids under 5 years old are not accepted for safety reasons, refund requests will not be accepted.
- If unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control occur after the tour starts, we may need to change the route or itinerary.
- This is not a private tour; other participants will be joining.
- Ferries can be delayed. Please plan for an extra 45 minutes or 1 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time.
- If you decide to leave the tour or activity early for any reason, you will not receive a refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
- Participants are kindly requested to stay with the guide and follow their instructions
- This tour is not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

This was a great tour. Fantastic if you're limited on time. It takes you out of the Old Town see a few more sights. Fantastic guide too, Andres was very informative and made our tour really enjoyable.

Mykonos is a small busy town. Going out of town is a different ecperience. From lighthouse, you get great view.

Unfortunately we were not able to get into port due to high winds. Great communication with the operator but remember that the cost of the tour is nonrefundable even if the tenders are not able to get you to the port. Mykonos is one of those ports that is missed pretty often.

The person is very friendly , the site of the lighthouse and the beach are nice detours but not the village or you should plan the visit of the monastery.
