Driver was late. We called and he showed up 30 minutes later- over an hour after the time they said. He did not tell us anything about the city as we were driving and was on his phone most of the time. Car was littered with empty and half drunk water bottles. We ended the tour early just to get away as our daughters were scared. He didn’t give any insight or information AT ALL.

This information was communicated in advance, and on such days the tour is primarily a city orientation and scenic drive, rather than an in-depth guided visit inside landmarks. Regarding commentary, when sites are closed, detailed guiding is naturally limited while driving between locations. On other days, when attractions are open, our guests consistently receive informative explanations — as reflected in our many excellent reviews. We take cleanliness, safety, and professionalism very seriously as a licensed tourism company, and we regret if any aspect of the experience felt uncomfortable. Pleasant tour with shortcomings

Interesting city. Exploring in our small group of 6 people. Driver speaks English, very friendly, audio guide consists, however, only in playing through his mobile phone to 3 sights . Great clean car. The drinks included in the tour according to the description were unfortunately not available, then bought us something ourselves. The mosque cannot be visited inside, only by Muslims- we found it a shame, because that was actually our greatest wish.

El tour efectivamente fue privado e íbamos nosotros solos en un coche con el conductor/guía que fue super amable y nos permitió visitar cada uno de los lugares sin meternos prisa. Tienes que defenderte algo en ingles ya que el conductor/guía no hablaba nada español. La audioguía en español consiste en que te pone una grabación durante el trayecto en coche explicando un poco cada uno de los lugares que vas a visitar.
