This was a wonderful way to explore Muscat. We got picked up from our hotel and went straight to the boat. Saw dolphins and also Muscat from the water which was lovely! Snorkelling was great in a little bay with lots of fish. Our driver home was very kind and gave us a tour of the city as well. It was a great day!

Fantastic excursion

We were picked up at the port where our cruise ship docked. Brought to the marina for the dolphin watch at snorkeling excursion. Captain Bilal did a great job easily found large group of dolphin. They jumped through the water and swam along the boat. Then he took us to a wonderful snorkeling place in a protected bay. Very little current very little wind. Coral was not spectacular, but the fish were exceedingly so, with a large numbers of fish and large number of species. On the way back he stopped the boat so we could take photos of the surrounding area, overall it was a great excursion. Captain Bilal made it memorable.

We had a great morning with Captain Khalid. The trip did exact what it set out to do and more. Not only did we see dolphins, we also swam with turtles whilst snorkelling - it was a magical experience. Would highly recommend this tour.

The trip was nonexistent, the operator was very rude, as soon as I answered he was yelling at me saying where are you. Our time in Hawaii showed it was for Sunday. He called me Saturday night saying to check my Calendar because I didn’t know what date it was and how do I not know what day it is. Apparently the travel agent didn’t give us the correct destination when it was booked. We didn’t notice until the operator was screaming at me through the phone. I would like to know how I can get a full refund. Even when I trie stop explain to him, he kept saying look at your calendar and said something to me and hung up. I tried reaching out and I got no answer.

Greetings, thank you for your feedback. Most importantly, please accept my apology that one of my colleagues was rude to you in any way. I spoke to this person, and they explained that they had no idea that dates are different in your part of the world, the connection wasn't clear and he had issues understanding the situation. We believe there was a huge mix up, firstly caused by your tour agent asking you to book a tour in a different continent, and secondly by our staff for not understanding the situation and responding properly. This is completely unacceptable, our guests are our number one priority and action has been taken to make sure this never happens again. According to Viator cancellation policy, this is non refundable as we didn't receive a cancellation request within 24 hours. However, I will further investigate if this possible and contact you again within a couple of days. Additionally, I am more than happy to keep this as a credit for you for when you visit Oman regardless of the refund to see for your self that the tour exists and is operated to the highest safety and quality levels. 🙏☺️ I can give you a year on this to use against dolphin watching and snorkeling trip of 3 hours with us. Please accept my apology again and expect a communication shortly about the refund. Dolphin watching and snorkelling was such a great experience! We saw a lot of dolphins and turtles and it was no mass tourism. The tourism company was flexible and they did a lot to feel comfortable to join this trip with them! Highest recommendation!

Comfortable boat (with toilet), ample shade, excellent driver. Dolphins were beautiful to watch. Taxi to and from the hotel was not included in the cost of the excursion but they did organise it.

Es war alles traumhaft .Mit einem privat Taxi vom Hafen abgeholt und auch wieder zurück gebracht .Die Zeit verging wie im Flug Delfine gesehen beim Schnorcheln viele Fische gesehen.Alles super nette Menschen .
