Disappointing

I really didn't want to leave this review, but that's what they're for right? Communication up front was good. She asked if we'd like to go to old Montreal. I said yes. We met up with the tour guide and we kinda wondered around. She pointed out a few things. Commented on how pretty old structures were, and.... that's about it. No real agenda. No history. She was hard to understand (we requested an English tour). Most of the places she took us to were closed. A few of those were due to private events. It just wasn't worth the value. The company asked for my feedback and I gave it to them. They thanked me and then the tour guide messaged me about it. That's completely unprofessional.

Don't hire them!! terrible service, pretend to be flexible but then they say "too bad you cannot meet our tiny window so we cannot help you".

We are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with our services. However we only applied the conditions, you wanted to cancel the tour 1 hour before the start of the tour because of rain except that it is not a valid reason especially 1 hour before the tour when the guide had reserved her day to guide you. We simply apply the conditions and we have even refunded a part of your money :)
