Misleading and Misrepresentation

I would give it zero stars if possible. It is not a tour. It is a van ride. I have requested a refund as we did not go on the van ride that was from our hotel in Negril to Rick’s Cafe in Negril for $140. I would recommend booking from your resort if staying at one.

You expected a boat tour when there was absolutely no mention of a boat ride, then you blame a company. You have a responsibility as a consumer to read labels and not to assume. Your refund was granted and we are happy to have moved past this situation. We hope your stay in Jamaica was fantastic. Please continue to stay safe.
