Our driver was so nice. He took us to the best spot for lunch and we beat all the large tours to all the tourist spots. When we were leaving they were arriving. It was so nice. It was also completely customizable. So if we wanted to skip certain things or spend more time it was perfect. We never felt rushed.

Jason was wonderful - very personable, very knowledgeable, very efficient. He showed us everything we wanted to see and took us to some great locations we hadn’t heard of before. The six hours were packed with great information, lots of fun and laughs, and the perfect amount of time for one day. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to learn about Malta, to experience its culture and history, and ti have a memorable day with an excellent guide.

Our driver, Emanuel, was waiting for our group of four in a clean, late model, transit van as we came off a cruise ship in the Port of Malta. He could not have been more accommodating. His english was excellent and he knew the history and sights to see to learn about Malta. He had numerous sites for us to visit and was happy to adjust the tour to accommodate our interests and schedule. Some of the sites on our tour included the Blue Grotto, ancient temple ruins, beautiful cathedrals and an excellent restaurant near the port for the local fishing fleet. Emanuel dropped us at the airport with ample time to catch our flight home. Note that WhatsApp seems to be the preferred texting app among many in Europe and I missed the first message from our driver as he was not using iMessage or SMS. Highly recommend Emanuel.

No show, terrible experience! Lost our money and driver never picked us up. Our We are a couple from the USA with two little children 7 year old and 2 year old. Immediately after booking this, we tried so many times calling them to get driver and pick up info, no answer whatsoever. They never sent us anything either.
We get off the cruise ship just to find ourselves left out and stranded at the port. We called the tour company again, no answer. We immediately called Viator customer service who put us on hold, attempted calling them, no answer. Viator rep then told us to move on and she will request us refund.
We later get an email from Viator saying this tour company declined our refund because they provided some kind of evidence. Amazing. What evidence? they won’t say. How can this be possible nowadays? How can this company simply take our hard earned money free like this? Unbelievable! You judge for yourself.
For us, no problem. Never again!

Did not have a guide only a driver inspite of confirming that the driver was also a guide. All arrangements were made and paid whilst in the UK before our trip. As tourists to a new place how would we know what was the best places to visit and their importance. Secondly our booking also mentioned local snacks from Malta and all we hot was 2 varieties of plain bread!!! In addition one of the sites was closed.
Very disappointing having paid almost £245.00.

This was definitely one of the best tours we have ever done! We were able to see so much and Kenneth was incredible! He allowed us to take our time at each stop. He would have drinks and snacks for us every time we got back into the car. We enjoyed our day with him so much!

Our driver was very knowledgeable about the island and took us to see everything we asked about as well as places he thought we would want to see. We ended our day at an excellent, very busy waterfront restaurant where our driver was able to secure a table for us. This tour is well worth the money!

The driver was helpful and the places he took us were good photo stops. Some of the stops were historical such as the catacombs and underground bunkers from WWII. Liked the area of the 3 cities.
