This tour was more about having a driver than a guide. We saw some great things but were on our own to explore. Hard to know if we would recommend - be sure to know details of booking before you go.

It was nice to see the calmer side of Malta a private driver is the way to navigate this island. Ours was wonderful. When we were done we asked to go back to the hotel. We saw so much and enjoyed it all . Alberto was kind , knowledgeable and efficient in his navigation to all the places he promised.

We had a wonderful day with Albert! From his pre-trip communication to his prompt arrival, he was very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable about Malta and was able to give us very detailed answers to our questions. Albert customized and adjusted the tour based on our preferences and allowed us to modify/change in the moment when things were taking longer or shorter.

Perfect way to see multiple sites around Malta, Albert is a great host and driver, he tells you what to see at each stop. Since we had an overnight on our cruise in Malta, I booked a full day tour so we could make the most of our time there. Albert was our guide/driver and did an outstanding job! He made sure we stopped at all the highlights and was extremely flexible on time. He directed us to an excellent restaurant for lunch in a beautiful seaside resort area. I can't say enough great things about our day and experience! Except, if you have a day in Valetta, spend it with Albert!

An absolute gent...
Albert was very knowledgeable about all the places we went to and he was really nice. He didn't rush me, and let me explore Mdina at my own pace. I would recommend going at this time of year as there weren't big crowds, but the weather was still lovely
My only regret is booking the 4 hour tour instead of the 8. I will be going back and I will definitely book another tour with Albert

This is THE BEST experience!!! Albert is AMAZING! He knows Malta incredibly well and was able to guide us expertly from city to city, experience to experience attending to our interests. His knowledge of the area, when things close, and his strategic planning to route us around the island, in order to see everything was expert. His car is VERY comfortable and clean and he is a professional driver. This was a luxury experience at an affordable price. There is no possible way in one day we could have experienced Malta with this much depth and comfort on our own or with a less expert guide. If you are visiting Malta, invest in this private tour. You will be so glad you did!

Albert is great! He picked us up on time at the cruise port--his car was sparkling clean, a great first impression! We had emailed several times so he knew we were primarily interested in seeing the megalithic sites. This tour is a great way to see the island’s many attractions without too much depth. But the depth is available if you want it. Our guide showed us many sights without too much the opportunity to get out and explore if we wanted, or to just say “no thanks, not interested “. Highly recommend

Although Viator says he is a guide. That is not true. He is basically just a driver with very little input into each place. Having said that, Albert was extremely friendly and a very good driver

We had an amazing day with Albert! He picked us up like VIPs in a comfortable car, was a complete gentleman, and showed us a wonderful time around town. We saw beautiful sights, including stunning churches, while he shared fascinating history about his country.
Our time with Albert felt easy and relaxed—more like spending the day with a friend in their city than with a guide we’d just met. The highlight of the day was visiting the Old City of Mdina, which served as the filming location for King’s Landing in the first season of Game of Thrones. While we enjoyed lunch at a lovely rooftop café, Albert patiently waited for us.
We HIGHLY recommend booking with Albert—five stars for sure!

This tour was the best we’ve ever taken. Albert was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He took very good care of us. I have limited mobility but he was very careful to make sure I was safe at all times. We learned so much about Malta from him. We are very fortunate to have him be our guide.

Wonderful experience! Albert took us to fabulous sights and activities to fill our 6 hour private tour! He has a kind disposition, great English, and interesting knowledge on his island!
