Only car with driver from hotel to Vallletta, then Valletta to Mdina, Mdina back to hotel. No tour guide. It would only cost max 100eu for a taxi or bolt. No way it costs more than 250eu!! Better refund

Our website clearly outlines what we offer, (optional guide) include a driver who can respond to some questions in English, so please feel free to read it. I even showed you a 10 minute documentary about Mdina, and without any prompting from you, I shared some Maltese history. Yet you booked the tour the night before in a rush and didn’t bother to go over the itinerary, but then acted as though you knew better.

Our driver and guide Carmen picked us up on time. She did not understand us and had difficulty speaking English. She lives in Malta and could not tell us basic info about Malta which I as a traveller knew. She would drive us to a place and did not have any info for us. Did not know the cost either. All our questions were answered with a YES or NO. A total waste of our time. Please issue refund. All other Guides(4) were very good.

you bought a private tour for 4 hours and you had an option to order a guide (optional) didn't you read before you booked your tour, You was greedy to opt for the guide but you still pretended to receive a free history lesson, she was a driver and not a guide, next time before you book a tour read the instructions carefully. good day

Views were excellent however, our driver didn’t explain anything. Another group was in separate van with driver that was explaining everything. We had English as language and they changed it to English written and said we would get tour booklet. We asked the other driver who gave us 1 booklet to share.

If you read the itinerary it doesn't say that this tour include a guide, i you wanted a guide you have it by written it is optional and you have to order it and pay another €25 an hour.

Mark was brilliant! If you can request people, request Mark! His contact the day before was awesome, and on the day he was really informative, knew lots of interesting facts about Malta; he was really flexible and friendly, he even had cold water for us! He had a plan for the tour but also adapted it to suit us! Thank you Mark for a lovely 4 hours

This might have been the worst “tour” that I have ever been on. First. We started 15 minutes late. Then, our driver arrived. The car was a Toyota Corolla, which barely fit the 4 people we had even though one was an 8 year old child. They did have cold water. But no WiFi that was supposed to be included according to the listing. Which would have been amazing considering we did not have cell coverage on this island. So then the “tour” started. We were no lt given any options of where to go first. The “guide” had to look at the informational booklet to figure out what the place was called. On the way there, any questions asked were met with one word answers and she kept turning her music louder. We did get to see blue grotto, which was beautiful. She then took us to the little village below and encouraged us to take the boat tour, which we declined. But that would have added 30 more minutes to the tour. We then went to the cliffs, again beautiful. Our “guide” offered to take a group picture, but then just sat in the car. We then went to the temple. When I asked her what it was. She said “it is old.” From there me we went to Mdina. Beautiful fun city. We rode the carriage and the driver gave us a ton of information, which was welcomed especially considering our “guide” gave us none. Then we went to the church with the bomb in it. We did the quick tour. Upon exiting the church, it was around 1. I asked her was was next. She told us the tour was over and that she would be returning us to the port. She never told us any time frame. She told us most places to stay longer than we did. And then when it was 1, it was just over. At that point, we happily went back to the port to get away from the tour. Such a disappointing experience. We felt that we should have just paid for a cab tour as we probably would have gotten more from that, or at the very least, the exact same experience. Our “guide” most likely struggled with English, but that was not the expectation and she made zero effort to make it a better experience. Such a shame for a beautiful city with a rich history that we would have loved to have learned about. Find a better tour!

If we started 15min late we have ended the tour later,
Toyota Corolla station vegan model 2023 Hybrid carry's up to four passengers and a driver, the longest trip you had was 22min.
do you know that you booked a tour without a guide, did you read that if you want a guide in you tour it is OPTIONAL.
Our driver's job is to drive you safe and answer some questions, she is not a guide, that was the reason of a short answers, and gave you privacy and went to sit in the car, but after all she still asked to make you a group photo.

We are a family of 5 people and our 1st time in Malta. Mark with Marlen tour made us feel like a VIP. He gave us a brochure and took us around to various points and gave us ample of time to view and take pictures. I would highly recommend touring with Marlen tour.

Mark made the tour so interesting and fun. He was knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. He took us to the Blue Grotto which we loved and the Benedictine Monastery. The cathedral that was bombed during WWII. These were all fabulous places to visit.

Malta was AMAZING! Easily the highlight of our trip. Our “guide” Carl (Carmelo) was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we saw the greatest parts of this beautiful country. Every person we met from Malta was extremely gracious, friendly and accommodating. We fell in love with Malta and will absolutely be going back!

we loved this tour. Our driver Rudolph was very nice and we got to see everything in a very timely manner. It isn’t a guided tour but we got to see parts of Malta that we wouldn’t have been able to navigate on our own or hiring Uber to taking buses. This was perfect 4 hours to explore areas.

This was a shore excursion and our ship was extremely late. Although shortened because of the ship’s delay, our driver/guide, Christ, was still able to provide an excellent tour of Malta. Thanks for a great day!

Mark was a great host and took us around Malta pointing out areas of interest as we went from place to place (these would be places we simply wouldn’t appreciate without Mark).
On this half day tour we managed to spend an hour in Valletta, 30 minutes at Mdina and short stops at San Anton Gardens, Dingli Cliffs and Mosta Dome.
Nothing was too much trouble, Mark even provided ice cold water as part of the trip.
Highly recommended trip, so glad we did it!
