This is not a guided tour; the driver will not be acting as a tour guide.
You will be picked up directly from your accommodation provided that the road is accessible; if not, you will be picked up from a close meeting point to your accommodation. Drop-off at your accommodation at the end of your day is also included.

No shows are not refundable. The driver will wait at the agreed meeting point for a maximum of one hour after the scheduled pick-up time. If after one hour no one shows up, the customer/s will be deemed automatically as no shows.

We booked a 10 Hour to discover Malta and we were treated very badly from the beginning, he offered to take us to Gozo the driver to offered to take us to Gozo and then asked for €200 extra, he didn't know even the local are around Valletta. The car was nothing like in the picture in the ad—a tired looking van with someone’s chewing gum on the floor. The agent was extremely rude.

What should be avoided at all costs is you as a "customer" ... Thank you for your one-star review; one of the rudest and most incoherent "clients" we've ever dealt with, in our 40+ years of servicing the tourism industry. So let us go over what actually happened. You booked a 10-hour service to explore the island of MALTA, as stated both in the advert and the additional information section, and I am going to quote verbatim “The service includes private chauffeur services in Malta (the island of Gozo is not included)”; therefore, unless you have difficulty in understanding simple details/instructions, the service DOES NOT INCLUDE Gozo. You expected (like a 10-year-old kid pulling a tantrum because he was denied his candy) to compulsorily visit the island of Gozo when the service you have purchased stated clearly that Gozo is NOT included. The driver did not offer to take you to Gozo; the driver, as it is customary with such trips, was simply making conversation (but it seems you also have difficulty in this area as well), and one of the most common questions is what you visited during your stay and he asked you whether you have visited the island of Gozo. You can try to paint a different picture, but the driver knew what you paid for and what your service included. Your poor attempt to make him sound as if he were a stupid person only emphasises what kind of people you are. The driver you had assigned is one of the best drivers in Malta; he is a highly educated and skilled individual and a retired ex-aviation pilot who does these trips not for financial gain but because he has a passion for it and enjoys interaction with tourists. So rest assured, he knows exactly how to navigate every corner of the island. I'd also like to point out that nowadays there is something called a GPS for navigation. Since you kept insisting you wanted to go to Gozo even though you did not pay for such service, the driver to accommodate your request offered to take you to the island of Gozo, which obviously included additional charges, which you refused to pay. If you wished to visit the island of Gozo, you should have booked (and paid) for the correct service; we are not responsible for your incompetence and lack of planning. The photographs in the ad are representative of our extensive fleet, so let's not be foolish; everybody knows (except you, perhaps), that no one can display a shot of every single car available in a fleet. You were given a brand- new, super comfortable Ford Tourneo minivan; hardly anything to complain about … After holding the driver hostage for about an hour, you decided to make a move and vindictively took him to Mater Dei Hospital, a very touristic destination .... The driver called us multiple times to see how to handle the situation (which was also a first for him), and he was instructed to take you wherever you wished to visit, even if you intended to keep playing around for a whole day. When you realised that even you couldn't keep up your ridiculous antics for an entire day, you told the driver to take you back to your hotel in Valletta, which he did, and you discharged him from his duties. Do a favour to everyone (not just us) and do not book any services with anyone. And if you still decide to book a service, read what it includes; it’s just a couple of lines, not a 500-page novel. We have wasted one of our best drivers for your trip, who could have serviced someone decent.

Worst experience in my life. Would not recommend. It's better to venture out yourself and explore these drivers are so sneaky and take advantage the fact you don't know the city and try to be sly. We caught him contradicting few times like he couldnt go in a certain area but when we had to as time was running out he did take us shortcut even though he said he couldnt. VERY SNEAKY AND EVIL DO NOT APPRECIATE IT. Almost every place I wanted to go the driver made comments and his unwanted opinion that no one asked for he wouldn't recommend it and tell us to do something else instead encourgaing us to try and explore and when we asked what we should do then he said its on us to pick which made it difficult made us indecieve and wasted alot of time and when we did think of something hed lie. We asked about market place places to shop he said theyre closed when we got to our destination we saw so many shops. Honestly theyre full of it. Honestly I think the driver had too much opinion and would put us of from going the areas we wanted to go to. Waste of money and time.

We have already replied to your pitiful attempt to try and squeeze the bucket and get a free ride. We know very well your "type," grifters and liars—people without an ounce of decency. We gave you our best driver, who, in 7 years, never got one single bad comment. So let me reiterate here again how things actually went down, which is also backed up by the data track of your trip (which, due to your lack of common sense, might not have even crossed your mind that almost all vehicles today are equipped with data tracking). The driver assigned to your trip is not just one of our best drivers, but the best one. In the 7 years he’s been working with us, we have never received one single bad comment about him. At 2:00 pm, he was there to pick you up from the Limestone Heritage; you arrived late (at 2:30 pm), which already shows your lack of planning and sticking to a schedule. You briefed him on what you “wished” to do, and he told you he would take you wherever you wanted to go. You told him to take you first to Mdina, which he did. You arrived in Mdina at around 3:00 pm and spent around an hour there. Upon your return, you told him that you were tired and wanted to rest (you also had some horse-riding session booked, which you called to cancel). He told you that if you wanted to rest and freshen up, he had no problem taking you to your hotel. You decided to go back to your hotel to rest, smoke, or whatever you wanted to do—not really our business—and he told you he would keep waiting until you called him to resume the tour. He also informed you that the waiting time is part of the time you have booked. During the waiting time, since he saw you were not calling, he tried calling you twice (call logs are also available to prove your lies) but got no answer. At around 7:30 (with just half an hour remaining from the allocated time you had booked), you called him to take you somewhere in Sliema. He was discharged at 8:00 (as per the allocated time you have booked—6 hours). During the trip, you also asked him for a contact to buy weed, and he told you that he does not meddle in these things. The fact that you decided not to use his potential and just go to the hotel and waste a whole afternoon/evening lazing around was entirely your decision. Do a favour to humanity and do not book any services with anyone. We have wasted our best driver and a whole afternoon on your trip when we could have served someone decent.

Avoid the crowded and cramped buses.
