AMAZING getaway from the hustle and bustle of marrakech

Absolutely amazing retreat. We practically had the whole pools to ourselves for 5 hours. Pick up was smooth. The lunch wasn’t great however this was expected. The staff leave you to your own devices which is nice however, perhaps it’s a bit too much at times. Free unlimited bottle water and wifi and they provide towels. Very relaxing experience however if it was busy i couldn’t see it being as great as it was. We wish we stayed the night and did the quads. we didn’t book them as we didn’t want to do the camels however in hindsight we could have stayed in the pool for this activity.

I lucked out and had the entire pool to myself all day. It was amazing. Lunch was fantastic, the staff were incredibly friendly and the sun was shining all day long! You gotta do this!

Rested by the pool in the desert, 1 hour quad ride, 1 hour camel ride, and 3 course meal. All transportation was included (they will text pick up time the night before), everyone was very friendly and many languages are able to be interpreted. Amazing experience & wonderful people. Rabie Guia was especially amazing, kind & helpful. He was beyond friendly, and made sure each group was situated, and had everything they needed. Amazing!

Best experience we ever had. Since they picked up us in zadi Hotel until they dropped us. Rabbie was amazing looking after us on the entire trip. also, let me say thanks to adil driver 100% recommended and very friendly. thanks to everyone for making this day unforgettable as it was my daughter's birthday, and she was very more than happy, especially with Rabbie, which is a legend. all the best guys 😁

This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Everything was so fun and worth the money! I am usually afraid of riding ATVs, but felt so free and had so much fun; the guides also made me feel safe and comfortable navigating the terrain! The camels were so gentle and the show was something out of a movie! This is an affordable and enjoyable excursion!

What an amazing day from start to finish. The location is beautiful. The ATV ride was lots of fun as was the camel ride. The pool area was well maintained and has a great view. They provide a meal with at least 5-courses and had 4 performers. Khalid (our guide) was friendly and very helpful!

Loved the experience: the pool is great, lunch was delicious and quad bikes were fun. I was not a big fan of the camel ride as the scenery is not great and it is highly uncomfortable. But is was a part of the experience as well!

A must do trip

I had a fantastic day here in the Agafay desert. I opted for the pool day with lunch. My partner and I met with rep outside Cafe France in the Medina at 08.10 and were taken on a 45- 60 min bus journey into the Agafay desert where lay a beautiful setting of huts, tents and two stunning pools. We recieved a towel and a free 2L bottle of cold still water on arrival. The rep told us we were welcome tonuse all the facilities and that he would come back to find us at 13.30 to get us for lunch. There were other cold drinks that you could buy from inside the various air-conditioned tents. The pools were clean and in the whole resort I didn't see one piece of litter. There was plenty of seating and alot of sunloungers - more rhan enough for everyone on our trip. It was peaceful and quiet and swimming in the cold pool over-looking the desert felt incredible. It honestly felt like a 5* resort! Even the toilets were clean, tidy and were stocked well with toilet paper snd soap. At 13.30 our rep collected us and took us into an air-conditioned tent for lunch. Here we had a starter of pickled cabbage, beetroot and carrot, which was absolutely delicious. Following this I had a chicken tagine, while my partner had a vegetarian tagine, accompanied both by a bread basket. For desert we had sliced banana and apple in syrup. They also supplied us with another bottle of cold water. At 16.30 we were collected again by our rep and driven back to our pickup point. Overall, this experience was absolutely worth the £25pp we paid for it. If you're looking for a relaxing day where you're treated in luxury then this has to be the excursion for you! 100% recommend. Also, special thanks goes out to our lovely rep, Alaa who went above and beyond for us.

Fun day, young crowd definitely not a must-do but certainly not a waste of time either. Quads were fun but traveling in large group with a guide not going as fast or sideways as I wanted. Camel ride was fun. Pool was cold. Dinner and show was amusing and we danced and let loose.

Quiet, relaxing pool day in attractive surroundings.

Ferried to and fro in one of two minibuses, our group followed a rather hairy quad bike track from the road to the compound, testing the minibus's ability to stay upright. Once there, we passed through a lovely lounge area, past tents and to a second and third bar area, each of which was accompanied by a pool and sun loungers. Mint tea was served and towels handed out before our lovely host Alaa came and explained to each person/group the timings for their activities - easy for me as I only had lunch and the return on my itinerary. There are two pools available for use - the longer and wider one is shallow and was mainly taken by families, although when they left for activities the rest of us could have a relaxing dip too. The other pool was split into two with a partially submerged wall between them that some pool goers found could be slid from one end to another. The two sections were a deep pool and a shallow one with a ledge for sitting going around the outside. All pools warmed with the hit desert sun and relief was provided by the covered loungers and the bar areas. At lunchtime, we had a very nice salad with beetroot, carrots, Moroccan, and cucumber quarters with delicious dressing. This was followed by a chicken tagine and finished with some fruit. Then back to the pool for a couple more hours before dressing and back to the minibuses. The setup was clean and attractive. The only improvement might've been dedicated changing areas - even if just temporary shields in the unused bar area. Definite plus was the free chilled water. The driver back to Marrakech was the only one of the excursions I took who was very insistent on a tip and took a 100 mad note before driving off instead of giving change. The only real sour note in what was a very relaxing day in beautiful surroundings for a lot less than a pool pass in a good hotel in Marrakech.

Lovely experience. Very calm and not full of people that is what we were looking for. Views are stunning and swimming pool a pleasure to have a bath in. We decided to do the Quads on site and I absolutely recommend it, the route is amazing for this kind of activity. Special mention to our guide Rabie that made sure everybody was enjoying, Adil and the drivers, very attentive and communicative, and also the staff on the camp that made the trip even better. Thank you for everything

What a great day. We almost cancelled because of rain in the morning but are so glad we didn't. It's a beautiful setting with photo opportunities everywhere. The guys who took us on quads and the camels are happy to take plenty of pictures for you. The lemon tagine for lunch was delicious. Friendly driver Adil and the best part of the day was our tour guide, Hadi ❤️

This experience was ok, everything seemed to run a little behind schedule though. We booked for Camel riding and atv but 1 hr each seems like a drag. Personal opinion. Especially bc the desert is very hilly and rocky. This whole experience could probably be done in 5 hrs. However, the staff very friendly and accommodating. They checked in all the time and made sure we were comfortable. Hadi was our guide and he is such a pleasure to be around. He definitely goes above and beyond.

But we appreciate the quality of the entertainment provided, the food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. We loved watching the sunset over the desert.
