Magical mountains great value

Wonderful full day out excellent value. The mountains were so beautiful. Our driver Ahmed was knowledgeable & great company, the ride was very comfortable, & the guide he booked for our walk (climb almost!) Ismael was so considerate. After the hike we finished with a lovely riverside meal. I would recommend this trip to any walker.

Problème, l'excursion...

Problème, l'excursion réalisée n'est pas celle que nous avions réservée sur viator : nous avions réservé une excursion VIP en mode privé dans la vallée de l'Ourika mais nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une excursion en groupe (environ 12 personnes de toutes nationalités) et en complément de la visite de l'Ourika, à la place de voir le jardin de culture de safran et manger chez un habitant local, nous avons visiter un magasin de vente d'huile d'Argan et manger dans un restaurant touristique au bord de la rivière. Néanmoins, nous avons contacté le prestataire de l'excursion (Green Palms Transport) qui a été très compréhensif et a reconnu qu'il y avait une erreur certainement liée à la réservation sur Viator et le prestataire Green Palms Transport nous a proposé en dédommagement une solution de compensation tout à fait correcte.
