Booked 22:00 time for the trip and received messaged for provider at 10:00am stating she was waiting.. totally wrong details on the booking and an unwillingness to give a full refund due to their mistake. I genuinely do not advise booking this excursion! Appalling service and unwillingness fix problems they have caused directly.

The guide did not show. Emailed half an hour later to say he was in some unknown cafe. Unreliable. Best avoid.

J ai visité les Souk avec Mustapha un super guide très professionnel, prévenant et d une extrême gentillesse. Il nous a donné pleins d informations historiques et locales, ainsi que de bons conseils pour la suite de notre séjour. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions, nous a emmené voir de supers artisans. Enfin il.s est adapté à notre groupe en fonction de nos envies d explorer tel ou tel boutique. Un GRAND merci Mustapha.
