The transfer never arrived. We spent about 2 hours waiting and looking for the driver upon arrival. They didn’t respond to our messages or phone calls. Very stressful and disappointing :(

Look at the comments from before. We are good with our customers only. With you or any friend of yours who wants to come to Morocco, we offer a trip to the Atlas Mountains for free, worth 90 euros. Pésimo. Reservamos un traslado del aeropuerto de Marrakech al hotel (15€) y no vino nadie a recogernos. Esperamos casi 1 hora y al final tuvimos que pagarnos un taxi normal y corriente a la 1 de la mañana. Y lo peor es que no hay un puñetero teléfono o correo donde reclamar. Nefasto. Ya entiendo la mala valoración que tienen. Mil veces mejor civitatis. Nunca me han fallado.
