Had a great day with Youseff taking us around. The trip is more comprehensive than it looks and Youseff provided us with information about each site we saw. He also gave us bottled water and snacks. Would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with this supposed ‘tour’ which was just a driver taking us from place to place with no commentary/guide to what we were seeing. The company contacted us the day before to say we’d need to organise our own entry tickets to Majorelle Garden, at which point tickets were sold out.

Your booking was made on October 9th at 8:30 AM for a tour scheduled on October 15th at 9:00 AM. On the same day, October 9th at 11:33 AM, our team contacted you to inform you that Majorelle Garden tickets must be purchased in advance on the official website, as this site operates independently and controls its own ticketing. Unfortunately, by the time you checked, tickets were already sold out — something that is quite common during busy periods in Marrakech.
We also wish to highlight that the driver assigned to your tour is one of our most highly rated and recommended, known for his professionalism and excellent service. As clearly stated in the tour description, this experience includes a private driver, not a licensed guide, allowing guests to enjoy flexibility and comfort while exploring the city.

Tour included a driver only but we were offered an option directly to add a guide. Mohammed was very knowledgeable and provided us some history and even stayed with us extra time to take us to additional shops..

Very well organised and flexible with the itinerary. We were able to decide which attractions and areas to visit. The driver shared information as we drove from place to place, he didn’t visit any of the sites with us but was happy to wait. I was a little bit underwhelmed with the Palace and the Tombs if I’m honest but still enjoyed the tour.

Having used Viator before in Iceland thought would use again to book a trip. The tour operator Whatsapped me at 11:55pm the night before our tour. Stating that we needed to purchase entrance tickets to the Marjorelle gardens. However, in order to book the tickets we needed to say what time we would be there. By the time the morning has arrived and we were due to be picked up at 9am and as was a tour to various places - we weren’t able to book them until we were picked up. The driver then said 11am would be the best time. Unfortunately, the only time available was 13:00 onwards.
Our driver arrived promptly, was lovely, polite and spoke good English. Having booked guided tours in the past I was expecting an air conditioned vehicle and a few more people with a knowledgeable guide.
It seemed me and my friend were the only people on this group and was more of a drop of and pick up type of tour with not much guidance. Plus our phones didn’t work to message our guide/driver when we had finished at the first stop off. This wasn’t a huge problem as we said a time to be collected at the next place.
We were not offered any water as stated in the advert. There was a bit of guidance between stop offs which was great. But this was more of a taxi ride around Marrakesh which was fine and got us out of the hotel.
Just not quite the guided tour as expected and disappointing that we didn’t get to see the Marjorelle gardens. Due to the late night message.

Our guide, Saad, explained the sights and helped us understand how to approach the place based on the time alotted. We had no problem visiting each site and usually had time left over. He was kind, considerate, and accommodating at the same time he kept us laughing! It was a great 4 hours….Thank you so much Saad for everything!

the city tour was good. the rest was not worth since you had to spend over 46 eur per person for admission. then your were rush since you are given half hour per location where 1+ hours were required.

Excellent, really friendly guide - took us everywhere we wanted and was knowledgeable about the local sights. Would have been useful to know earlier that the Marjorelle Gardens had to be pre-booked as there was only 1 time-slot left - we managed it, luckily. Great value for money and really enjoyable.

Bit disappointing as the guide didn’t speak hardly any English and any information he shared was lost because we couldn’t understand him. He dropped us at the various locations in the tour but always left as there was no parking and if we didn’t have a phone it would have been impossible to locate him. He took us to an overpriced shop to buy Spices etc which we would rather have not gone to but he insisted

A very pleasant day with Saad our guide. Saad picked us up from our riad in a clean new car with air conditioning and provided us with bottled water. As the tour was just our family, it was flexible to our needs. We visited Jardin Majorelle first (pre booking entry tickets before the day is highly recommended, book an early session to avoid the crowds). Saad dropped us off and waited for us to finish. We then visited the Menara Gardens and pavilion, Saadian tombs and Bahia Palace. The tombs and palace tickets can be purchased at the entry, again Saad waited for us whilst we visited. We also drove passed the theatre, Gueliz, and the Koutoubia Mosque. We did not opt to go to the main market area as we were travelling with young children and it was a very warm day.
Saad was brilliant, very friendly and caring, making sure we were comfortable and genuinely interested in our conversations. He really made this tour an enjoyable experience for us. Thankyou Saad for your hospitality.

We were recommended this trip by friends who had done the same. It was a fantastic way to see the sights of Marrakech without having the hassle of getting from one place to another! Imad was super informative, kind, helpful and patient. He made sure we went to all the important places in Marrakech and gave helpful tips about how to navigate each place. He also made sure we went to places we wanted to even though they weren't specified in the tour and was happy to skip places we weren't interested in. This was totally worth it as Marrakech isn't as easy to get around on your own, especially if you have a short time here!

I was scammed yesterday at a restaurant in Marrakesh even though it was recommended to me by my tour guide. I guess used my debit card and they overcharged me after I left the restaurant. They will use your card info to ring up additional fees and there are a lot of scammers operating through Viators so please be careful folks when using credit or debit card and check the food prices and the food you are ordering as these people are very sleek.

I have never been so dissatisfied. Tour guide didn't show up. We went alone to the first stop, where he unfortunately met us. The van was not air conditioned as promised. The guide spoke zero English. We learned nothing and were basically just dropped off at various locations, one that didn't feel safe for foreigners. WORST TOUR EVER!

Imad our driver was on time, very sociable and friendly. He arrived in a comfortable air condition car and took my wife an I to our first destination. Imad stays in the car and waits for you outside while you take your time at the various sites. He then tells you about each site on the way there. Best site was Bahia Palace. The Jardin Marjorelle was the most expensive entrance, it was pretty but also pretty boring. The Saadian tombs were OK but can be seen within a few minutes. We stopped at a herbalist shop for demo on creams and spices which was great and then went next door to a local womens cooperative and bought some lovely hand made goods. Well worth the money and saves on the headache of getting taxis everywhere. Highly recommend it.
