We signed up for the Agafay Desert Quad, Sunset Ride and Dinner Show. We were picked up from our hotel late afternoon and joined others in the ride to the experience. We were met by our guide, Ftah who was exceptional. Throughout the whole experience he was welcoming, supportive, and always went over and above to ensure that the group were comfortable and enjoying the trip. I sat in the front of the bus to the trip with Ftah and his colleague who were chatty, friendly, and informative around all the local sites and views. Throughout the experience we felt safe, and thoroughly enjoyed their company. The people that we met and places we visited were also very welcoming and made sure that we were safe around the camels and when riding the quad bikes. We have children who are teenagers and had a great time with Ftah and the others. It really is an amazing experience and Ftah made this worry-free without drama. The sunset was beautiful and Ftah throughout the day took pictures of us and the whole group to capture the experience for us. The dancers, singers, and fire show topped off a great few hours for us. Just a last point, I came back to the hotel and lost my sun glasses. We messages Ftah who was really helpful and the next morning his colleague came to our hotel and brought them back to me. That says everything about Ftah and his colleagues - over and above anything to help. Thanks to Ftah we’ve really enjoyed the few days that we spent at Marrakech and would recommend this to anyone who would like an experience to savour. Thanks, Ian.

Initial confusion about additional costs due to location of hotel, however quickly and promptly resolved by Zaaki.. Kept informed about pickup and were friendly upon arrival.. Zaaki explained in French and English about what the excursion would entail. Always friendly and reiterating of his presence if anything was required.. Due to inexperienced quad drivers the quads was ver stop start and slow paced, however this was due to the group type and not the hosts. Was never pushed towards anything or try soft selling when going to the argan cooperative.. The food was nice and the entertainment was fun, capped off with a fire show.. Overall a good experience for what you pay, you get more than what you would expect.

Best value for money. Aya was a super dear tour guide who always took care of her guests and cared for every well-being. The car was well air conditioned, the driver also super nice. Luggage could be left confidentially in the car. Everything went exactly as described. Nowhere is it compulsory to buy everything voluntarily. You can't get this tour anywhere at a better price.
