Tour guide never showed up

The tour guide never showed up. I waited two hours. They did not answer their phone or emails. Thankfully Viator refunded me. But it was my only day in Marrakech. So i completely missed out on the opportunity

I’m not sure that this your company would have picked us up from our pre arranged destination if we hadn’t emailed and phoned them just prior to our pick up time. We were out on a tour that clearly wasn’t the one we had booked and after quests were taken for our lunch at a restaurant and trek in the Atlas Mountains. Our guide for our trek was outstanding which is why I give this tour four stars. We weren’t offered the camel ride on the way back which wasn’t a problem to us as we hadn’t wanted one, but as it’s an advertised part of the tour it might have been a problem for others.

I can only share disappointment with this booking. I booked two days earlier and in the late afternoon of the day before got a message from the tour company that due to a storm it would likely to be cancelled . They said they would confirm with me later at night and they never did . So I didn’t go to the tour, nor I booked another one so I got stuck in the city on my last day. Asked for refund to Viator who said they were not aware of the cancellation. Very strange. I am still waiting for refund, don’t know what else they need to investigate. I am very disappointed.

Hello dear ,Cousrmotrs thanks for this feedback, I already Spoke, to you one day before, so I have a resan to cancel your tour ,There was a storme in the Atlas mountains. Then you got your refund back. This feedback it doesn't make Sounds. For me ?
