    Pickup is available from all hotels and riads in Marrakech. For accommodations inside the Medina (old city), where vehicle access is limited, the pickup will be arranged from the nearest accessible meeting point. We will contact you via WhatsApp one day before the activity to confirm the exact pickup time and location. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Drivers cannot wait beyond 5 minutes to avoid delays for other guests. If your accommodation is located outside Marrakech, additional charges may apply.
