This was the highlight of our trip to majorca! Patri welcomed us into her home and village and we loved the tour and local history at the start. The extras like the sangria where she shared her recipe with us and traditional majorcan snacks made it extra special alongside her lovely cats/dogs/chickens. The paella was the best we have ever had and are already looking forward to trying ourselves at home with the emailed recipe and the tips! 100% recommend for anyone visiting the island it is well worth the trip wherever you are staying - by far the best excursion we have booked in the last 4 years of visiting the island. It is worth every penny and thank you for welcoming us into your home.

Can’t say enough positive things about this experience! Everything you are looking for from a cooking class in Mallorca! Patri is so kind and makes such an inviting environment to learn paella making while also giving you a true local experience! we were full and fed the whole time between fresh sangria and meats & cheese apps to the amazing paella! She also has lots of animals like chickens and cats that we enjoyed getting to interact with. The walk around the town beforehand was such a great way to start off the class! Would definitely recommend.
It was a great experience. It's different from the common experiences on vacation. It's located on a very nice, cute little village. You can actually see how the locals live and experience it.
Patri's paella cooking class was the best experience my partner and I have booked through viator. My only regret is we didn't schedule it for earlier in our trip, so that we could better use her knowledge and advice during our time on Mallorca. We had such a wonderful experience at the paella-making class with Patri! She met us at an easy-to-find bus stop and began the experience with a lovely walking tour of the town, sharing interesting stories and history about Mallorca along the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and easy to connect with.
The paella-making class itself was so much fun, and the finished paella was absolutely delicious! We also loved meeting her adorable chickens and cats. This was such a unique, personal, and memorable experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca!
Great class, lovely town, and a wonderful way to spend a day away on vacation. We drove from our beach stay in Puerto Pollensa. It was a 75 minute drive but totally worth it. Highly recommend.
This was my favorite thing we did in Mallorca! The property is charming with it's outdoor kitchen and picnic area and stunning views of the surrounding terraced mountains. Our teacher was enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge and culture with us and made the whole experience so much fun. We spent several hours chatting, eating, drinking and making paella of course (which was excellent!!). Definitely do this if you are visiting Mallorca!
This was a wonderful experience. I did this with my parents (who are in their 80s). Everyone very much enjoyed themselves. Patri is an amazing host and teacher and we all loved learning about her village. We then walked to her home and learned so much about making paella. The setting is incredibly beautiful. But Patri really made it special. We all agreed this was the highlight of our trip.

She welcomes you into her home and shares her Dad & fur babies. She makes the best Sangria ever! She enriches you with her paella traditions & the full history of paella making. This was one of our favourite things we did on our whole 5 week trip around Europe! It was super easy to get to by bus from Palma and you’re met by Patri with water. You then go on a little walk around the village - I’d recommend wearing something light as it was very hot the day we went. We then walked to Patri’s beautiful home where she explained how to make sangria and made us a huge jug of it to share amongst us (she even made me a seperate white sangria as I don’t drink red!). We sat down ate some cheese, crackers and Spanish sausage and enjoyed the views and company. We then got to preparing and making the paella which was awesome. Patri was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and hospitable and the paella was 10/10 amazing - one of the best we’ve had in Mallorca! We would 100% recommend doing this experience.
