Really nice boat, friendly staff, and good food and drinks. One star less because, in my opinion, there were too many people on board. With 5–7 fewer guests, it would have been more comfortable to find seats during lunch and while swimming.

The boat left without us after giving extremely poor directions and instructions. There was no communication at all on the day and had to go out of my way to try and find out details. So disappointing would not recommend at all

The boat was comfortable and as advertised. Food was good and drinks were reasonable. It would have been nice if they had provided some snorkel equipment as most of these catamaran excursions do. The catamaran was nice; definitely in better shape than some of the other in the harbor. They could have provided some floats (noodles or float belts) to assist with the couple hours of snorkeling you do. I found it strange you had to buy snorkel gear-for the service they provide, the cost adds up once you start paying for the gear and the drinks.

Fun Half Day Catamaran Trip on the Bay

We decided to take this trip and enjoyed it!! We did not however get a dock number or the name of the boat via text or E-mail or on our ticket. This caused some confusion, and we finally were told which dock to go to by an employee from another company. Once on board we were able to relax and have a nice time! The food, drinks and crew were great. My only other concern was that we were not advised of the possibility of very strong rip tides when we stopped for swimming. At both stops people started to be carried away quickly and had to swim pretty hard to get back to the boat. Overall, this was a good tour and we would take it again.

I booked this activity for my friend and I, und as we got there, no one let us in, all the boats told us that they did not work with Viator, and that our ticket (150 Euros) is not valid, we went from boat to boat, litterally no one wanted us in. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. I contacted Viator in order to clarify the situation but it was already too late because all the boats were gone. I requested a refund, and after 10 days i still did not receive my money back ... I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMAND

I was not informed the departure place, so was at the wrong place at 9:20, and finally missed the trip. Called the tour operator many times at 9:20, after realised that other people waiting for the bus are all in other trip. No one picked up. So couldn’t take any action, except for complaining to Viator. Viator told me to negotiate with the tour operator to find another alternatives, but one woman at the tour operator just yelled at me! You are stupid and just missed the tour.

Terrible and overpriced. Boat sailed for an hour stopped in a harbour - not great or pretty and told everyone to swim. Lunch was ok but the tour never delivered in its promises of where we went or what we did. We had to get a hot bus back for an hours journey as we didn't even end where we started!

Tolle Crew und prima Publikum (vielleicht auch nur Glück gehabt), gute Musik ein ganz tolles Buffet. Sehr gutes Catering, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! Der Katamaran ist Extraklasse, sehr geräumig, tolle Liegen und Sitze. Zwei Tolietten auf Deckebene. Einfach ein superschöner Tag und viel besser als die oft unerträglichen Partytouren. Beste Empfehlung unsererseits.

La croisière est au top , l’eau est turquoise mais beaucoup de monde sur le bateau et le buffet est bon mais mal gérer étant donner que les personnes à bord se servent plusieurs fois tandis que d’autre sont dans l’eau. Mais au top améliorer ces points et vous serez la meilleure croisière de Palma

Très bonne expérience ! Personnel agréable et repas buffet très correct ! Arrêt baignade dans un endroit sublime, falaises et eau cristalline. Bonne ambiance avec musique sur le retour. Seul Petit bémol, dans l’annonce les sodas étaient marqués comme étant gratuits, or. mis à part l’eau, nous avons dû payer nos boissons. Je vous recommande cette excursion sans hésiter.
