What can I say about this? It started with the bus was late. We stopped at a nice little town but not enough time to do anything. Then a lot of walking which was difficult, not worth the money at all!

1. The tour description clearly states that this tour is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for guests with limited walking ability, such as yourself.
2. The time spent in Valldemossa is in full accordance with the schedule outlined in the tour itinerary.
3. Upon meeting your guide, you expressed dissatisfaction that this was a group tour, as you were expecting a private experience. Please note that private tours are clearly labeled as such in the tour title and are typically priced at least three times higher.

We had a great experience with our guide Casper in Mallorca. He was full of humor, good spirit, and energy, with just non-stop talking. We admired how he herded a big group of more than 30 people, some of them
"independent minded", forcing him to keep counting how many are still together.
Mallorca was surprisingly large and modern but beautiful and full of charm nonetheless, especially away from Palma, a much bigger city than I had imagined. Just a note: he likes to quiz people on their knowledge.
We enjoyed the tour very much and recommend it highly for all.

This was a great tour! Gaspare was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. He has a great sense of humor. We got a good feel for Palma and Valldemossa when we only had a day to spend in Mallorca. Beautiful scenery and interesting history.

Despite booking for a 8.30am start, we were told to meet at 9.30am. The tour was described as being approximately 6 hours but upon picking us up the guide announced that we would be back in 5 hours. Ok never mind. The rest of the tour was pretty hectic with a lot of walking, with the guide Nico just leading the way and rattling off names, dates and facts. It felt more like a school trip with a teacher that didn't really care about toilet breaks or a lunch stop. By the time we were dropped off back to the ship, it was already close to 3pm and we were famished. Incidentally the tour was more expensive than the equivalent ship tour which was supposed to be for 4 hours but ended up being about the same duration according to some friends who were on that ship tour. I picked this tour over the ship tour hoping to have a more relaxed pace with the extra time promised but it never happened.

2. The tour duration is stated as 5–6 hours, meaning it may last anywhere within that range. As you mentioned, your tour began at 9:30 a.m. and concluded at 3:00 p.m., totaling approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes, which is within the advertised timeframe.
3. Nico is a fully licensed and certified guide with extensive knowledge of Mallorcan history and culture, which he enjoys sharing with our guests. If you needed an additional restroom stop, you could have simply mentioned it—our guides are happy to accommodate such requests but they can’t read minds so far
4. This tour does not include a scheduled sit-down lunch, but guests have free time in Valldemossa to enjoy a meal or refreshments, as most participants did.
5. One of the key differences between our tours and ship-organized excursions is group size and depth of experience. We limit our groups to a maximum of 18 guests to ensure a more personal and enriching experience, unlike ship tours which run with 50+ participants on large buses and cover much less than we do

What a fantastic tour! Gaspare is a very knowledgeable and personable young man. So informative and had a great sense of humor! He really made the tour fun! This tour was great for getting an overall feel for Palma and Valldemossa when you’re only able to stay for a day! We started the day by visiting the castle and getting a view of Palma. Then a trip to Valldemossa where we had a walking tour and a little free time. We ended up back in Palma and learned about its history along with the cathedral. The day ended with a short amount of time for some shopping. We would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Nicholas was a great guide who have us nice information who guided us around the important sites. Ideally would’ve liked to spend some more time in Mallorca but had to leave early as another party on our tour from another ship had to board earlier as they were departing at an earlier time.

Positives: The tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. The trip to Valldemossa was beautiful.
Not so good: There were discrepancies with the times. The tickets said 10:30, the guide said 10. The van was not sufficient for a tour. It appeared to be a rental and possibly a cargo van. It was extremely hot. There were no air conditioning vents in the middle or rear of the van, only the front. In addition, our itinerary included admission to the castle and cathedral, but it was not honored.

1. Please pay close attention to the Additional Information section of the tour description, which clearly states that the start time shown on your tour ticket may vary from the actual pickup time communicated to you by email and phone closer to the tour date.
2. The vehicle used was a passenger minivan, not a cargo van, and in fact had only 70 miles on it — practically brand new. The challenge was the unusually high temperature of 36°C (around 100°F), which can make short-distance transfers feel warmer than expected even with fully functioning air conditioning. It’s quite different from highway driving back home.
3. This tour does not include any admission fees, as stated in the itinerary and inclusions.
