    Lovely people and lots of fun. One of the very best (dangerous) sangria recipes. Be aware that the class is inside an active shop so it can be disappointing if you were looking for an intimate setting, but we liked the hussle and bustle.

    We were a group of six all travelling together to Mallorca for a cycling holiday and staying in Port de Pollença. All keen cooks who were to learn how to make authentic sangria and paella. We were not disappointed the ingredients and cooking guides were exceptional. The only minor suggestion I’d have was to allow for more cooking spaces so all participants can experience the process. That did not detract from us really enjoying our time. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to learn how to make authentic Spanish sangria and paella who is staying in the northern part of Mallorca.
