Very informative and tasty! This experience was the perfect balance of learning and enjoying delicious food. I really appreciated how much explaining he went into the background, history, and traditions. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and carefully chosen, which made the tasting part just as enjoyable as the informative part.
