Very informative and tasty! This experience was the perfect balance of learning and enjoying delicious food. I really appreciated how much explaining he went into the background, history, and traditions. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and carefully chosen, which made the tasting part just as enjoyable as the informative part. I walked away not only with a full stomach but also with a new appreciation and understanding of the culture behind what we were eating.
