Very poor customer experience

Very poor customer experience, my booking was'nt registered with the tour operator, so I had to.purchase my own ticket and I'm still waiting for a refund.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. It seems there was an issue with the external agency you tried to book with. Whenever a booking doesn't automatically appear in our system, our ticket office relies on the customer's confirmation email to solve it. Because no confirmation email was generated on your end, our team had no proof of purchase to allow you on board and had to charge for a new ticket. We highly recommend contacting the customer service of the website where you attempted to book, as they are the only ones who can process the refund for that failed booking attempt.

This was a 5 start service, from start to finish. The vessel was exceptional as were the Staff. A lovely, leisurely cruise along a beautiful stretch of coastline. I highly recommend.

Not being able to find the meeting point and missing the tour. Also, we were told that this was not an actual tour around the area but rather a mean to transport people from one area to another. We were very disappointed!!!

Great boat trip with the family staff were very friendly and helpful, drinks prices were great and the best experience seeing my 3yr old seeing the dolphins which came right up to the boat.
