Luxor to Cairo I would recommend with some modification

Don't expect the sleeper to be what is expected at home. However the crew did their best with what is available. The tour, guide and meal were very good But be very careful of what you are charged for things. Make sure you asked the price, and don't be afraid to walk away. We were overcharged for everything. We opted not to go to the market and spent 6 hours waiting at the train station in Luxor because it was not explained, that we could have taken the train from Cairo back to Luxor. So asked to be taken back to Gaza train station were we were picked up. We spent 6 hours doing nothing when we could have spent the time in Cairo.
