    Outstanding service and experience. All included: Pick-up wherever you are staying, boat drive with coffee, commuting and a lovely 40-45 mins flight in the balloon. They also take you back to wherever you want, not necessarily your hotel/cruise. All worked perfect and on time. And at an unmatched pirce. Highly recommend!

    Ride was just as good as the one offered by ship and we save $$$. Great pilot who told us what we were flying over. We had a smooth soft landing . Amazed at how many crew members are involved. We were back to the ship before sail off and before the guests who took the ship’s excursion. Did have some concern in the beginning cause we couldn’t locate our pickup driver who had gone to another dock where our sister ship was docked. But once that was straighten out, we were off to the launch site. Balloons are much larger than one we flew in at Sedona. Note: wear a hat -a lot of heat comes off the fire.

    Outstanding service and experience. All included: Pick-up wherever you are staying, boat drive with coffee, commuting and a lovely 40-45 mins flight in the balloon. They also take you back to wherever you want, not necessarily your hotel/cruise. All worked perfect and on time. And at an unmatched pirce. Highly recommend!

    The hot air balloon experience with this company was frustrating due to the lack of communication/ transparency and absurd wait times. Pre-event: -selected 5am, but were picked up 5:20am; company was not reachable in the interim -walked to the boats (our hotel was by the Nile) -placed in 1 out of 5 boats and told that we will now wait for other guests..which took ~1 hr (it's not FIFO; we were one of the earliest to arrive and last to cross the Nile) -got onto a microbus waited for ~10min -dropped off at the balloon site with no direction or information -were asked to gather together by a person that turned out to be a videographer trying to sell their service -called to regroup again by an actual facilitator (fyi they hold a clipboard) for a 1min safety briefing..ie, the landing pose Event: -view was beautiful -operator pointed out the attraction sites (e.g. Hatshepsut temple) and responded to questions -landing was smooth Post-event: -pickup crew were attentive and enthusiastic (they informed us that we were supposed face inward during landing; this was not mentioned during the safety briefing and everyone faced outward) -drop off was quick (microbus > boat), no wait time -returned to our hotel ~8:20am Overall, the majority of the experience is just waiting around. The company should improve their communication and manage expectations better.

    Good organisation. We arrived at pick up point and entered a wrong car ( there were few), but this company is famous so drivers were able to direct us to the right vehicle. Everything was on time and smooth. Overall amazing experience. It is a must do in Luxor. Thank you !

    The organization was smooth & professional. Ebtesam was very accommodating during the tour & pick up arrangement. The view during the sunrise was amazing. The take off and landing was smooth. Highly recommended!

    Teníamos reservada la actividad con horario de recogida a las 3:30, nos escribieron para decirnos que nos recogerian a las 4:30 y les insistimos si nos daria tiempo a ver amanecer desde el globo, asegurandonos que si. Al final, no fue asi y vimos el amanecer en tierra sin haber despegado todavia, reservamos un guia en español y nunca aparecio y el trato de la compañia no fue bueno una vez en el lugar
