The tour was very well organised and we had a great day.
Everything worked out as we expected. The ride in the hot air balloon was amazing and breathtaking with incredible views.
Our tour guide Hatem for the valley of the kings was the best guide we could imagine. We could have listened to him for hours as he explained everything and gave us interesting facts about the temples. We enjoyed every second of this day.

The balloon ride was one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had. The team was impeccable, from the people who picked us up at the hotel to those who helped during the balloon's takeoff and landing. We had a great experience with our guide Hatem, who accompanied us on the visit to the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut's temple. Very kind and knowledgeable about all the details of both archaeological sites, Hatem was always ready to clarify all our doubts.
Please be aware that this tour includes a stop at the artisans' village. Very interesting, but although they say there is no pressure to buy the objects, it is not true. The prices are very excessive, negotiate them or leave to buy at any store in the center of Luxor for half of the price.

We first started our day in the hot air balloon - we got to see all of the ancient ruins and popular sights from above. We then met Hatem where he showed us around the West Bank. Hatem went above and beyond for us!! He is SO knowledgeable and told amazing stories about the ancient history. He was an incredible tour guide and we highly recommend him! He made our visit 10 out of 5 stars :) thank you Hatem!

The tour was very nice they picked us up right on time, after we took a boat to cross the river and followed to the balloon ride. It was not in sunrise, but was very good ride, of about 30/40min. The the guide took us to the valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut temple. I strongly recommend the tour.

I would separate this tour in two. Balloon and temples tour in which we got extra also the Karnak and Luxor Temple. The balloon tour was nice although some inconsistency in timing but the tour operator Nour tried her best to solve things. Although we werent able to catch the sunrise, the ballon tour was something unique and very special, overlooking all Luxor and Nile river.
The second part consisted of us getting toured by one of the best tour guides i have ever met, Hatem. He was so knowledgeable, very easy going and knew how to involve you into listening to him even if your interest was only to take good photos (not our case). He explained us things other guides wouldnt and even notified us before hand about situations we might have around to be prepared of everything. It was and indemintecable experience than me as an architect enjoyed to the fullest. 12 hours of tour flied by in a second. Thank you Hatem, i couldnt recommend you enough to anyone that has an interest into getting their knowledge broadened. Give that man a raise !!

Very disappointing experience for what we were hoping to be one of the highlights of our time in Egypt. We booked the earliest time slot (4am) so we could see the sunrise from the balloon. We were informed the night before that we would be picked up at 4:20am, but didn't actually get picked up until almost 4:40am. We were then the second last balloon to depart in the morning, by which time the sun had fully risen. The tour said that it would be 45mins in the air, and it was only 31 mins from take off to landing. We also paid for a fully private tour of the Valley of the Kings, but when we landed we didn't have a guide and they stuck us with a group of nine people. I will say that the guide was good at least.
Overall, not at all what we were expecting or what we paid for, very disappointed.

Unfortunately our balloon trip was cancelled due to bad weather. We are hoping to do this tomorrow. If not a refund was promised. Our tour of the west bank however still went on as normal. We were collected by Hatem at 7am sharp. A fantastic, well informed, well spoken, trustworthy gentlemen who not only gave us a detailed historical tour of the west bank but also gave us tips on street vendors, prices and quality of market items. We throughly enjoyed our tour with him. It was well planned especially as it's summer and 40 degrees. Hatem and Islam were both warm and welcoming, we felt like family. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to tour Luxor.

Awesome time seeing the sunrise on a ballon with a great pilot Amr. Then we were guided by the best tour guide my fiancé and I have ever had (and we’ve travel a lot!). Hatem is just a wonderful, kind, and caring human being - a husband and father of four. If you get an opportunity to be guided by Hatem, then make sure to ask him to share his younger years when he wrestled competitively! He had booked only the West Bank and then added the East bank to our itinerary since we enjoyed our time with him. (Side note, I highly recommend adding the east bank to your tour.) Hatem has a Master’s degree in Egyptology and has vast knowledge on the meaning behind the stories told through the hieroglyphs of the ancient Egyptians in addition to the history of Egypt.
In between visiting the sites on both banks, Hatem took us to a wonderful lunch with authentic Egyptian cuisine in the West Bank. The food was so delicious! Lastly, Hatem is a great photographer! We appreciated the fact that he took the time to make sure we had memorable pictures of the temples we visited during the tour. Can’t say enough good things about Hatem. I truly hope you get lucky enough to get him as your guide.

This entire experience was absolutely amazing. The hot air balloon ride was magical and nothing like I ever experienced. That part of the tour was with a group.
The second part of the tour was private. Our guide Hatem was so kind, fun, and knowledgeable. Easily one of the best guides I have ever had! Hatem took us to they Valley of the Kings and fully explained the three chambers we got to visit. Then we went to visit a small shop where locals made hand crafted figurines and vases. He explained that there was no pressure to buy there but to also not accept the first price if we did. Then we went to Hatshepsut and you could tell his passion for the subject. Again so knowledgable. An amazing guide!
Also want to give props to our driver Ahmed, he delivered us safely to each site and was very nice as well.

We absolutely loved the hot air balloon sunrise experience. From start to finish, it was a smooth experience. Take off and landing were seamless. We didn't feel it. The views are spectacular. Adel was an excellent pilot.
Visiting the valley of the king's and Hatchepsut's temple is a breath taking experience. Walid was a very well informed and pleasant guide. He was very easy to listen and talk to. He was very knowledgeable in ancient Egyptian history and was very good at explaining what we were seeing. I strongly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the west of Luxor.

Our Guide Hatem was amazing! knew the best spots to take us at The Valley of the kings & Queens, so informative & just made the day trip great! we enjoyed every second of it!
Our hot air balloon was cancelled due to bad weather - cant argue with that, safety first! however we were really lucky to have an email to rebook for the following day. It was incredible!!!
Thanks to the driver too, he picked us all up at our different hotels. Made sure we were all together on the same tour also.

The hot air balloon was amazing and the temples were really cool to see. Definitely worth doing the sunrise hot air balloon tour and learning the history of the temples and tombs.
Please note these are two separate tours and if you’re staying in the West Bank, there won’t be a light breakfast (we were not aware of this as it was not stated, but our guide, Hatem, kindly got us local breakfast which was delicious - falafel sandwiches). There is a break in between the tours, where you are dropped back off at your hotel after the hot air balloons and picked up separately for the temples tour. You will need EGP on you the tour entrance tickets.
Overall, it was a great tour and I would recommend Hatem as a guide.

Amazing day exploring the West Bank. The hot air balloon was one of the best experiences ever! it was surreal. Hatem was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable, he knew the answers to all the questions he also took so many pictures for us we thought he is a photographer. The most memorable part about the tour was hatem explaining the story of the tombs and the history of it and actually seeing the tombs up close in person. The hot air balloon was a wonderful experience I would most definitely do it again.

Warning! Do not buy the video/pictures at the start of the tour. That is a straight up scam. Some guy will come up to everyone and say that he will take videos and pictures of the baloon ride, but all he does is for two seconds record everyone saying theyre excited and then use the stock footage he has for the rest. He doesnt come up on the baloon, its not worth it.
Other than that the experience is really good. The guide was nice, and the balloon ride was great so really no complaints. Id rrcommend it to anyone except for that video cause i honestly feel stupid for buying it.

The tour was very interesting! We started very early, with amazing views of Luxor from the balloon to the West Bank of Luxor, after breakfast, continue with the tour to Valley of the Kings. Our guide Mona, very lovely woman, shared with us her knowledge about Egyptian culture, made us to feel comfortable and she cared of us. We would suggest to take this tour for the impressive of the monuments, history and memories to take home and if it is possible to request Mona as guide, you will be in good hands and sure you will have a good experience of Luxor!

We got picked up at 3:50am for the balloon ride which is worth it !!! Such an amazing experience. This part of the tour is not private. The light breakfast is coffee, tea, and a Twinkie. The balloon ride was amazing, the captain explained everything very clearly.
We were later picked up for our tour of the valley of the kings. PLEASE REMEMBER YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY ENTRANCE FEES. Mona our tour guide was amazing. She was sweet, knowledgeable, friendly and most accommodating. We didn’t have enough pounds for our tickets and her and the driver gave us money to use and stopped for us to pay them back at the end of the tour. The pace of the tour was perfect… she took some awesome photos of us. If you’re looking to book this tour, request Mona as your guide! You won’t regret it.
P.S- it’s very hot… walk with water and a hat!!
