This was an extremely interesting and informative tour explaining the entire history of Lucerne! I highly recommend this tour. It was amazing!
The tour was great. Very informative. The tour guide gave us a lot of interesting and some times funny information. I would recomend this tour for all ages.
Tour guide was funny and personable and gave us a great history of Luzern. His art history lessons were very informative.
Lots of fun and lots of info about Lucerne. It's a great way to learn about the history of Lucerne and the Middle Ages. The guide uses a lot of visual aids, and is very interesting.
This was fun and a good little overview of Swiss history and architecture. The symbols and murals on the buildings are fascinating.
Walking around a night gave this tour a very real picture of what medieval Lucerne was like. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. This was by far the most enjoyable walking tour out of about six on this trip.
We loved our tour! The guide was very informative and equipped with cups to taste the fountain water, post cards of original art work, and a slideshow with information on what we had seen. He moved at a nice pace, and was kind and funny. This was one of the best things we did in Lucerne!
Our guide was very personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. He told us about aspects of Luzern that were new, despite this being my fourth trip to the city.
The Nightwatchman was an excellent guide! Had really interesting stories and gave a very unique tour. I can’t recommend this tour enough, it was a very special and unique view of Lucerne. We had been here for a few days already and this gave us a fresh look at the city
The Nightwatchman gave an excellent tour. He was very interesting, and knowledgeable about Luzern and it’s history.
The tour was a good orientation to the city and we did learn quite a lot about the history of the city right up to the fairly recent burning of the covered bridge and its restoration. The guide/watchman walked a bit to fast for me, but it was not a major issue.
This was a last minute tour decision but it was an excellent tour and history of the original city of Lucerne. Ralf was an excellent guide and showed us many of the original building which are still in use today and provided insight into the lives of the early owners. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn more about Lucerne's history and the lives of the early inhabitants.
Very well done! A lot of history by a knowledgeable Watchman. A little gory at times, but overall good synopsis of the city's past.
