Your tour begins inside the pier, where our guides will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name. Look for our red shirts for easy identification. We offer pickup right inside the pier, so there’s no need to walk outside the facilities. Timing: Tours are scheduled 30 minutes after your ship docks, with the earliest tour starting at 8:00 AM. As the best local tour operator, we guarantee your return to the cruise ship

Such an amazing tour! Best part was our guide Kim and our driver Alex. They met us right off the cruise ship. Had the entire vehicle/tour to ourselves and we were off on our adventure. Kim was so knowledgeable about Costa Rica and answered every one of my 10 year old daughter's many, many questions. Highly recommend this tour. I'd give it 10 stars and do it all over again with Kim and Alez duo.

Such an amazing tour! Best part was our guide Kim and our driver Alex. They met us right off the cruise ship. Had the entire vehicle/tour to ourselves and we were off on our adventure. Kim was so knowledgeable about Costa Rica and answered every one of my 10 year old daughter's many, many questions. Highly recommend this tour. I'd give it 10 stars and do it all over again with Kim and Alez duo.

Its a little long walk to bridges further than what we thought our tour guide was excellent we enjoyed seeing all the animals

Kim our Tour guide was right there with a smile when we got off ship. She took us with 3 others in a clean newer van and wonderful driver. We went to the boat ride part of the tour and saw some sloths and birds it was rainy but made the best of it. After that we went to the rainforest and saw some amazing sites trees frogs and the monkeys. Nice trails and enjoyed the park ranger explaining everything we were seeing. Then we stopped at the banana a coffee plantation and I must say Kim was a fantastic tour guide. She told us so many interesting facts. She truly loves her job and people just love her.

Our primary guide, Rosa, was great. The guide through the rain forest was a bit difficult to understand. The time on the river and guide were wonderful as was the plantation.
We saw a number of animals. Can never predict how many.

Medium activity - lots of different activities - just what we wanted. Our TG Resh was terrific! And very knowledgeable!

Our tour guide Rachel and our driver Johnny were brilliant!!! Rachel is so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional and took very good care of us. Also Johnny was friendly and a great driver, he even gave us a mini Spanish lesson 😊.
We just had one suggestion for management which is maybe to add one more activity or a light meal in the price. We did another tour through Viator which was only slightly more expensive but included 4 activities and 2 meals.
Overall it was a good experience.
